I will share my experience, maybe someone will be useful.
So: The place was booked in advance and the hotel check-in was notified by email about late arrival (Late arrival after 22:00 was confirmed and approved, there is evidence). On the day of arrival, I contacted the hotel by phone, and received the answer: "I don't speak English , and can't help you" .
I got to the hotel closer to the night. The door is locked, no one answers the night call, however, as well as phone calls. Attempts to get through lasted about 40 minutes, after which it really became cold and I began to drum on the door with my feet, after 20 minutes some sleepy schmuck opened the door for me (the one that don't speak English). We barely made it to bed and naturally it was no longer up to sleep (after such a bestial attitude). It all didn’t end there, because in the morning the owner of this garbage dump showed up early (you can’t call it a hotel) and began to yell in pure German... In short, because of all her verbal diarrhea, I decided that this was already too much and left there as soon as possible (so that this Nazi s. . . still yelled at me for my own money. . . )

Go around this place, do not spare a little more time and gasoline, but look for a normal decent hotel... although if you are a Nazi, you will like it here too...
