Spent the winter holidays at the Fliana Hotel with my husband and son. Delighted with the area where the hotel is located. Slopes and ski lifts in some 50 meters from the hotel. We are quite satisfied with the quality of service and the organization of recreation, everything is coordinated, on time, at any time you can contact the manager and resolve all issues. Pretty comfortable flights in both directions. The hotel has very friendly staff. From the first day until departure, we felt a rather warm and pleasant attitude, attention and support from the staff. We did not see any rudeness and other things that we read about in the reviews. The room is decorated in Alpine style, using natural materials in the decoration. Large bed, cozy sofa, TV, plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, clean towels and cosmetics of good quality. Very bright, clean and comfortable room. Cleaning and room service is very good, they responded to requests immediately. As for the food, we are very satisfied here. Breakfast - a very rich and varied buffet, various cuts, pastries, fruits, vegetables and more. For dinner, they offer 5 courses, they cook just amazing! Many thanks to the chefs of the hotel, it was delicious! ! The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, family, cozy. Rest your body and soul. Spa is something, there are swimming pools, and steam rooms, and saunas with different temperature regimes, and a jacuzzi, and massage. . And, of course, skiing just a little bit from the very door of the hotel is what we were going for. I liked everything, the hotel is just super! ! 100% want to come back here!
