I am extremely dissatisfied with the services of the Hungarian tour operator Voyage-Service. I will try to never use their services again. For the first time we came to the beautiful city of Vienna, which I am in love with from now on and will try to visit there more often. When buying a tour, we immediately ordered a sightseeing tour in the first two days of our stay in the country. As a result, we bought the tour on the last day of our stay in Vienna, when it was no longer relevant, since we got acquainted with the city on our own using the services of other guides and local residents. And the guide Olya, having called us before leaving, was rude and scolded, I recognize my dear compatriot. As a result, the tour did not take place, the money was not returned to us and we were denied other excursions! I never see such rudeness and arrogance! Citizens, beware of the Voyage Service and the guide Olechka!!!!! But even such trifles did not spoil our holiday! The hotel is very good, convenient location, good food, friendly staff!
