I stayed at this hotel for a week from 27.09. until 04.10.
A distinctive feature of this hotel (as they say on all sites) are delicious breakfasts - and it really is! All products are fresh and of high quality, especially pastries. There is even good brewed tea and everything you need for this (teapots, etc. ), which you can make yourself. And champagne in the morning... though I didn’t see anyone drinking it. But a bottle in a bucket of ice every day stood in the morning at the entrance to the restaurant.
The contingent during my stay there were elderly Germans, Japanese families, few Russians, the same age as the Germans. In general, I practically did not see young people in hotels.
The staff at the hotel is very friendly. Everyone says hello and ask how you are.
The room is good. Cleaned up every day. Everything is clean and tidy even without a tip.

On the first floor (and in our opinion - on the second, i. e. above the reception) there are 3 computers with free Internet access, as well as a printer where you can print the necessary documents.
The spa seems to be on the 7th floor. This is not a very large room with a jacuzzi and 1 steam room. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff there are very polite and helpful. There is also a gym there. I was in the spa 1 time in the evening - there were 2 people, taking into account the gym... By the way, the windows offer a beautiful view of the surrounding streets.
The location of the hotel is very good. Five minutes from the famous shopping street is if you leave the hotel and go left. Near this street is also the Westbahnhof, an underground and tram station, from which tram 58 can take you to Schonbrunn. And on the right, two steps away, Billa economy market.
In general, a very good hotel, without any minuses (at least, I did not notice them during the week of my stay). Have a nice rest!
