! Be vigilant, they simply took money from us for nothing, not small - 113 euros !!!!!!! ! We registered a number from 24.12. 2010-07.01. were at home! Just for nothing, and we are not the first, I read previous reviews on websites, many also took money from someone at the beginning of their stay, from someone at the end, from someone in general, when after the trip, they have such a cartoon it’s just, I’m in shock, you know, the hotel seems to be not bad, I’ll tell you now: 1) the room was not bad, only there was no cleaning at all, tufts of dust were all over the room, the cleaning lady didn’t vacuum at all, the toilet didn’t wash, the bathroom was very cramped, together you won’t fit, but the three of us do it at all... 2) the breakfasts were excellent, everything was delicious, fresh 3) the staff was so-so, never smiled, was not polite 4) the location is also so-so, far from the center, tram 2, which goes from the hotel to underground. The hotel pool is terrible! and the gym too, the pool is all rusty, it stinks of bleach for a kilometer, no one swam there at all, there are no simulators in the gym, but machines, like my grandfather had, only 2 or 3 machines, the pictures on the site do not correspond to reality at all!
Well, in general, like this... In general, Vienna is a very beautiful city, you can’t get around everything in 2 weeks, be on your guard and don’t relax! you can be fooled too. Good luck to all!
