When we arrived, there were chocolates on the pillow - very nice. Toilet-bath - separately. The closet is large and everything was put away. All is clear. The maids are women from former socialist countries, they understand Russian. At the reception they spoke English or German. Breakfast is standard, but without hot, from 7 o'clock in the morning.
