We rested at the hotel in January. The hotel is very cozy, small, but there is everything you need in the room, downstairs there is a room for inventory and drying things.
Meals are only breakfasts, quite decent. The service of the owners is very friendly, the rooms are cleaned perfectly, the territory is always well-groomed, despite the fact that it snowed all the time of our stay.
Saalbach is a small town dedicated only to skiing (although there are many ski schools, but it's still difficult for beginners) or meetings in bars. There are no sights, you can get around the whole town in 1-1.5 hours up and down. You can go to neighboring towns, but keep in mind that buses run until about 20.00, i. e. return either by taxi (35-40 euros) or by car (rent it). With children, especially small ones, there is nowhere to go, only to teach them to ski and sleep at home, the slides for sleds promised by Tez Tour were not seen nearby and there are no ordinary playgrounds either .

Tez Tour is amazingly good at spoiling everything and just plain liars.
When choosing a tour, we were promised an early morning flight to Salzburg, as a result, as it was written in the previous review, we flew with parasails and got to the hotel in the evening. And back They promised a flight to Kyiv in the afternoon, but in the end we flew out only at 8.00 in the morning. Moreover, Tez Tour blamed its insolvency (did not recruit people for two flights and combined Kyiv and Dnepropetrovsk flights) on the airline, they say it changed everything...
Upon arrival at the hotel, we were reluctantly met by Veronika, she did not tell us any intelligible information, she was not able to answer questions, apparently because of ignorance. She promised to find out about the excursion we were interested in and tell us the next day. It was the first and last time we saw a hotel guide!!!!!
The office of the company, which should work from 8 to 20, how many times they did not come, is always closed.
Information about the departure from the hotel was learned only 11 hours before departure, although there should be an announcement 24 hours before departure....
The telephone information line, which, as written in the memo, should work around the clock, in the evenings and on Saturdays simply did not answer.
Upon arrival, they tried to find out why the guide was working so badly, or rather, it didn’t work at all.
They gave an answer, they say they didn’t have time physically, to be everywhere, but they were ready to come as soon as we call (for our money, of course !!! ). The question is why the hotel guide received a salary from our pocket, especially if she can’t cope. Fewer people came than expected (based on unbooked flights). Why can't you write an announcement at the office that it is not working so that people, out of naivety, do not come again and again?
Tez Tour with such employees creates anti-advertising for itself and very successfully, it was the last trip with Tez Tour !!! !
