Even in the worst nightmare it was impossible to imagine such a dirty and miserable hotel in Albena! But here you go! There are quite decent photos on the tour operator's website, and reviews that the hotel is dirty....well, people are different)). But believe me, those two numbers that our family got are terrible! My husband and I were given the keys to room 513, and the children (daughter and son-in-law) from room 604. Both rooms have terrible black furniture, dirt and debris under the furniture, the electrics just hang out, the windows were never washed! In the bathroom, all plumbing is broken and somehow glued together. Even being in the room is unpleasant! Since we arrived late in the evening, no one at the hotel began to solve the issue of relocation. On the trail. day the hotel guide Polina, having seen all the horror of the rooms, began to negotiate with the Bulgarian side of our tour operator. The Bulgarian side was not very efficient and they could move us to a normal hotel only when the Moscow office was connected. In short, if you have not bought a tour to Dobruja yet, do not even hesitate, run away from this hotel to hell! ! For this price there are other normal hotels! It is simply impossible to imagine how in Europe you can bring a hotel to such a dirty and deplorable state!
