We went to the Laguna Beach Hotel, but due to the poor performance of the host, the tour operator Nagena, it turned out that there were no places in Laguna. They offered (or rather without options) Flamingo Grand 5 * or Laguna Garden 4 *. We tried to refuse, because our main priority is on the seashore. Useless. I had to move in. Chose Flamingo. At the same time, we had to go to Laguna Garden to eat, which was very inconvenient, especially for breakfast. To be honest, I will say that the rooms (and they gave us 2 studios) are chic. This is where the pluses end. Linen was changed for us on the 10th day, after a complaint to the reception. And the pillowcases were left the same, I specially marked them. Although the money was given, 5 lev on the first day. I was so angry that I ran to look for this maid. Fortunately for her, I did not find her, but I found a cart with clean linen, took a few pillowcases and calmed down that this would be enough for me to the end. The hotel has a very nice, large pool, but there were not enough sunbeds. Therefore, we went to the Laguna Garden pool, where we ate. We had their bracelets. Flamingo is a very large hotel, but somehow uncomfortable. And if now I was offered a choice: Flamingo 5 * or Laguna Garden 4 *, then I would choose Laguna. The rooms there are small, but everything is close - the pool and the restaurant. There are no complaints about the food, everything is very tasty. And there are enough sunbeds for everyone by the pool, a bar next to it. Flamingo, studio, I can recommend to a family with 2 children, because the room is very large, there is a 2-bed, 1-bed and a folding chair, a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and a separate toilet. We didn't need that much.
