Soviet-type hotel, terribly unkempt hotel , shabby, old. The rooms are cleaned disgustingly, the floors are not washed at all! The room has cold tiles on the floor, no carpet, the child is naked. I walked on the tiles with my feet, asked the reception for a carpet, they brought such dirt that I immediately removed it, everything was covered in dust, they didn’t even bother to clean it. . Toilet clogged on day 1. Internet in the room through a wire, but the passwords were changed in the system daily. There is NO ironing board (as indicated on the website) in the room. In the hotel itself, the transition from the restaurant to your rooms is terribly inconvenient. Again, no elevator. The lack of an elevator is so inconvenient! Climate yells, screams, no quiet mode. The fan in the bathroom is also very loud! In the restaurant: ETERNAL shortage of plates - cups and cutlery !!!!!!!!!!! ! DIRTY DISHES!!! ! Wild disorganization of the staff. In the entire restaurant (the cat looks like a poor, unkempt dining room) there are only TWO (!!! ) children. a high chair for eating is a big minus !!! !
