Just returned from vacation. We are very happy with our choice of hotel! The hotel was not affected by the June floods. Everything is very clean, tidy and comfortable. But the main thing is that the hotel staff try their best to make your stay comfortable. There was never even a hint of: What do you want, it's 3 *. not 5*! Tell us what you like and what you don't like, we will do our best - we have heard these words more than once. The room is quite large with a balcony. We did not pay extra for a sea view, but mosquitoes from a neighboring reserve did not bother us. And then, each balcony door is equipped with a grid. Internet is available not only in the hotel lobby, but also in the rooms. They say that they want to strengthen it to the beach, but so far only in the rooms, but of good quality. Towels are changed every day, linen every three days. There was a small incident with the maid (she did not clean very well, and spoke to us quite nervously in response to our remark). We were immediately replaced by the maid (the previous one was deprimed and strictly warned), and the hotel manager sent us fruit, champagne and an apology card to the room. And it does not matter that there is an abundance of all this in the restaurant, the sign of attention itself is important - we heard you, we will do everything to make you feel comfortable. Next to the hotel (from the side of the Gergana hotel) there is a large swimming pool, at the hotel itself there are three smaller pools, for small and not very kids. The entrance to the sea is beautiful. Masseurs work on the beach, of course for separate, but quite sane money. In the famous Dobruja, everything is much more expensive and I can’t say which is better. Yes, I did a massage there and there, and I chose a beach masseur. The beach starts right there. where the summer terrace of the restaurant ends, which is very convenient if you are with a small child. Rescuers watch with all their eyes, even in the sun, even in the rain. The daughter wanted to take a walk along the edge of the sea in the rain, a lifeguard immediately came running, begging her to go to the shelter. The beach is cleaned every day (unfortunately, Romanian vacationers, despite the ashtrays under each umbrella, sometimes put out cigarette butts in the sand). On the beaches of neighboring Nona-Yelitsa hotels, they ride on bananas, air sofas, skis, scooters. No matter how much you would like to take sunbeds in advance, do not leave your T-shirts, blouses and towels on them for the night. All of them on the same day, most likely, will change the owner! Great, wonderful animators! All sorts of games are constantly organized for both children and adults. In the evening there is a children's disco and a show for adults. Oh, it’s a pity there is no disco for adults, that’s true, I really wanted to dance, and you won’t go to a nightclub in the center of Albena when you are on vacation with a small child. And at the hotel there is a children's club Tukan. For vacationers not from the Tui agency, he is for the money. The food is the most varied. For our taste, at times a little oversalted, and at times slightly overcooked (meat), but judging by the reviews from other hotels, this is a common misfortune for all Bulgarian chefs. Probably they are always in love, at least in their country. Pumped up the children's table. But if your child is already eating from a common table, then there will be no problems. Lots of fruit and excellent quality. We didn't like the dessert table, but ours did.... figures, were very pleased with this. Be carefull! Bartenders pour without stint! Calculate your strength! These three hotels (Mura-Slavuna-Gergana) close the resort of Albena. And from our hotel to the center of the resort was about a kilometer. But, firstly, it’s not far at all, secondly, trains go to the center regularly (until 12 at night) (3 leva), and thirdly, the remoteness of numerous amusement parks, attractions, and other joys greatly saves the family budget . The hotel itself has billiards, table football, and air hockey (and it's better than in the amusement parks in the center). I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. You will be really welcome there!
