We booked this particular hotel. We arrived with our child at the hotel and were told that we were being moved to the Como hotel (located much higher, about 900 m from the sea, it is cheaper and the difference is not refunded) since this hotel has no rooms (for Ukrainians). After a long wait and my stubbornness, we were still given a room. The website says that there are children's animators, but the administration said that there is no such thing and there will be none. Not everything listed on the website is true.
The cuisine here is delicious and varied, the pools are old, but they are in order, they are cleaned and tidied every day.
