I am writing about how we lived in the Ralitz hotel for 2 weeks. Arrived Saturday July 7th. taken to the room. when we entered, we were just delighted at first - the beds were made, the towels laid out with butterflies on top. immediately decided to go to the sea. say hello. went to bed quickly at night. But in the morning the surprises began. The extractor in the toilet does not work. And there is no window to ventilate. the table lamp has bare wires. the drains in the floor in the toilet are rusty and clogged. We naturally turned to the reception. they brought us another lamp. While we were having breakfast, we repaired the hood. literally immediately we stumbled over a baseboard that just bulged out. called the receptionist again. the master came and glued the baseboard tightly to the wall with silicone, and soiled the entire floor. the bunk bed was so wobbly that we didn't dare to put the children there. so this same master nailed this bunk to the wall with huge nails. now you can't move it.
(we lived in room E 309).
There is no hair dryer or fridge in the room. In this heat, it's a must. because water and juices for children cannot be drunk hot. Water was brought to the room only once. and 2 glasses. which for all 2 weeks nirazu not changed. we bought water ourselves in a supermarket at the bus station (it's cheaper there than in the center). of course there is a cooler in the hotel lobby. But you can't fill bottled water there. and what should we wear a glass in the room? how about at night? in shorts with a glass to drink rush or what?

centenary dust in the corners. dirt. balcony zas...th. and every day after the so-called cleaning, I wiped the floors myself (I had to sacrifice my husband's T-shirt) so that we could walk on the floor. and then almost always shod, because the floor was simply wiped, and not washed.
wasps built their nests in the grooves of the balcony doors. just a cocoon hanging on a cocoon. called the cleaning lady showed. she came with a broom. which could sweep away, swept away. the rest remained the same.
The overall condition of the hotel does not match the price.
