Хороший отель, но Wi-Fi в номерах ловит не часто Good hotel, but Wi-Fi in the rooms does not catch often

This year we decided to try to relax in September in Bulgaria. We chose the city of Balchik, intrigued by the fact that there is a Botanical Garden and the Palace of the Romanian Queen Mary, a lot of greenery. We booked the hotel "Naslada" through a travel agency. It is 5 minutes walk from the botanical garden and 10 minutes walk from the sea. In the hotel you can buy buffet breakfasts for 6 BGN and dinner with wine and cakes for 12 BGN. Everything is very tasty and voluminous. Very good hotel staff, friendly people, cleaning the rooms every day. Towels and bed linen are changed frequently. The administrator of the hotel Rusina made a pleasant impression. Upon check-in, there was a problem with the room category. Within 15 minutes, Rusina solved the problem: we were moved to another room. We were satisfied with our vacation in Bulgaria, next year we will most likely book a room in Naslada.
