Hotel BANDERITSA - Terrible staff, neither the kitchen nor the bar wants to work. And most importantly, they STEAL in the hotel... In one day, two boards and skis were stolen from the hotel's ski storage, located in the courtyard of the hotel. The hotel did not respond to the claims in any way. Not financially, not even morally. We called the police and filed a case. The hotel immediately wrote an announcement (there was no before) "the administration is not responsible for the safety of skis !!!??? .
The New Year's paid (by Bulgarian standards, very expensive) table was knocked out with a fight... Dinner - 40 minutes before the end - you can not come, it's empty and no one is moving. December 31 - it was impossible to order even a sandwich at the bar, despite the fact that it is on the menu - the kitchen was preparing for the New Year's banquet. The wine is bad, despite the fact that in the neighboring restaurants everything is in order, the food is tasty and inexpensive.
And the rest is not bad in Bansko, even for a skier you can find classes for the New Year's week (but no more). The queue for the gondolas, of course, is terrible, but the issue of 10 leva per person is easily solved with beads to the nearest chair, and there it is already without problems.
