We rested with a large company, 4 apartments with a kitchen were ordered in building B. We were placed perfectly - in a separate block, the children calmly moved from one room to another. In general, the hotel may not be bad, but not building B! Although at the reception I heard not too forest reviews from people living in the main building...
Building B: no heating! drywall walls! apartment about 40-45m2 (bedroom and living room with kitchenette) was heated by 2 small oil radiators! there is no towel dryer in the bathroom, it is heated with an antediluvian heating device with burning spirals! In two rooms, because of this heater, the lampshades melted, they even tried to collect their cost from us))) not to mention, of course, compensation for the fact that the child could run through at the moment when the lampshade fell... Each was given one large towel and one for the face. There was no foot towel, no rug on the icy floor. The maid was very worried, she is the receptionist that we put a face towel on the floor)) No shower gels, creams - nothing! Toilet paper in grey. The kitchen has one large pot and one frying pan + plates, cups, forks, etc.
The room looks nice, the furniture is new, but there is absolutely nowhere to put clothes - there are 3 hooks in the hallway and that's it - there is no bedside table or shelf; in the bedroom there is a tiny closet with a crossbar, there were no braces, after we asked we were given 3 pieces per room)))

Of the advantages of the hotel - a beautiful swimming pool and 4 different saunas that guests of the hotel use for free. But for bathrobes you need to make a deposit of $ 30, when you return the bathrobe they return $ 24 to you - the rest is probably kept for washing and wearing the bathrobe)))
I was at breakfast 2 times - of course you can find something to eat, but with great difficulty - muesli was interrupted.
Generally sad. No hint of 4 *, even for a 3 * the hotel is too simple.
Friends lived in Eagles Nest 3 * - the hotel is incomparably more comfortable, rooms with everything you need (both in the kitchen and in the bathroom and in the bedroom). True, there is no pool, and sauna for a fee. I think that you can go to nearby Bellevue for spa treatments for money, but at the same time live in comfort.
You can walk to the ski lift, especially if you are not wearing ski boots. The bus runs on schedule.
About skiing: this is my first trip to the mountains : ) in general, it was great, but the quality of the tracks leaves much to be desired... Friends who skied in the Alps were very upset. There is a lot of ice on the slopes, there are places where ice blocks evenly cover the descent... It is advisable to come to the lift by 8 in the morning, then you go somewhere in 30-40 minutes, those who come later stand in line for 2 hours. Very heavily loaded and lifts on different slopes. But perhaps this is because the upper slopes were closed + New Year's tour, of course.
In general, I summarize - if you go to Bansko, then after January 15 and definitely not to Bellevue Residence...
