The concierge is located in a cozy room with sofas that are comfortable for guests, where we were greeted as if they had been waiting all their lives only for us. The hotel is 8 years old. The hotel is closely monitored. Everything seems to be clean and comfortable, but we saw a man with a toolbox a couple of times. Our aparthotel was fully occupied. They gave us the apartments as we ordered. We had one bedroom, but there are also double rooms in the aparthotel. Kitchen with everything you need (microwave, kettle, stove) - like at home. We booked without meals. The living room and bedroom are large. The bathroom has the necessary toiletries. Just right for winter holidays. Cable and internet worked. There was even a music center and a telephone. Loved the fireplace and natural floors. The room is warm, but it's better to make sure, and do not take the last room facing three sides. Discuss in advance when buying an apartment with windows to the mountains at the agency. The view and air are simply gorgeous. We saw that the breakfasts were ordinary, European and no frills, but if you are a person with requests, it is better to eat from the supermarket or in restaurants or cafes, which are very numerous in the center. Responsibly I declare that you will be satisfied. Food for every taste. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the center, and 10 minutes to the gondola. After the first day, we had strength and we went by bus. Rides 2 times a day to the ski lift. Ski rental prices are quite affordable. Thanks to the operator Mouzenidis Travel, who advised us that we shouldn’t take our equipment, otherwise we would have traveled by shuttle bus all the time, but it’s so useful and pleasant to walk around Bansko. This is an old, colorful town with beautiful houses in the style of the Middle Ages. There are churches and museums. You can rent a car. We love outdoor activities, it was interesting for us to go to another Chateau hotel, where there is a free pool. We were welcome even though we are from a different apartment. And in ours there is a sauna (10 lev / hour), a gym, a jacuzzi. We were without children, but children of 5-6 years old also have something to do. We rested inexpensively and interestingly. Charged with vigor and health.

I really liked the hotel because it is calm. . . and cozy.... no fuss like in big hotels.... very native Bulgarians.....friendly and hospitable.... good furniture.....in the hotel a lot of scenery from nat. tree....all conditions for living... spa . . restaurant . . internet... hotel almost in the center of the town.

On the first stage on January 6, people stood in line for about 2-3 hours!! ! The tracks are dead, if you didn’t get up at 8.30, then go hungry, by 12 o’clock everything is broken and bare ice, and in some places you can even see the ground !! ! Skis and boards were handed over to the service twice !! ! About food and catering is even worse than the tracks!!! ! There is nothing in grocery stores like Soviet times! Restaurants and cafes have one principle anyway, they will eat everything, there are just a few normal establishments! Maybe this is the year ; )
