Liked the hotel. Traveled with my brother. Room with a high ceiling (apartment), bright, pleasant, solid carpet on the floor, balcony overlooking the city, TV with 3 Russian. channels. Cleaning was daily, I don’t know exactly what they did, apparently, they remade and straightened the bed, wiped the dust, the toilet. Change of linen after 3 days. We are satisfied with the cleaning, a large shower towel and a small one were changed every day. There was something like a dryer in the shower-toilet room. Wi-fi in the room catches perfectly, we were in the main building, where the reception is, our friends in another building - they said that there was also Wi-Fi. 70% of the staff speaks and understands Russian, no language problems at all. The staff is very friendly! We had a "breakfast + dinner" - a buffet, in the morning from 7 to 10 and dinner from 18 to 21. I liked the food. We went to the pool (free of charge) 1 time, it was not particularly up to it - we rode a lot on the mountain, there are 4 saunas (Finnish, Turkish, aroma and Roman-cold). Towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge at the pool. Small gym. The distance to the ski lift is about 10-15 minutes walk in snowboard boots, but from 8 to 12 in the morning and from 15-18 there is a Mercedes bus from the hotel every half hour to the gondola lift and back. To the main street with a shop, st. "Pirin" - also 10-15 min. walk. For us it was not a problem. Prices in stores for clothes are about the same as in St. Petersburg, for snowboard equipment - a little cheaper. The mountain is beautiful, from the Todorka peak to the city - the gondola lift, if you drive slowly - it takes about 30 minutes, about 10-12 km. The resort is good!
