Chose this hotel based on positive reviews. The hotel itself is nice, cozy, warm, comfortable. Food for an amateur, if a person eats everything without going over, he will like it. For me, food is a 4 out of 10. The choice of food is small. Day fed normally 2 not very much. I didn't like the food. The shuttle to the ski lifts runs in 30 minutes.

In a small minibus stuffs people like in a city minibus. It was also such that we waited 1.5 hours until they pick us up, there was no car. There are a lot of people and you can pick it up in 15 minutes. The hotel has a free swimming pool and sauna. They wrote that parking is free, but in reality it is paid. There is nothing near the hotel. It stands in the forest. There are sooooo many children in the hotel, I didn’t like it, I already thought that I was in a children’s camp, it’s very noisy. Children yell, run and ride the elevator in the hotel like on an attraction))))))))) Couples with children will probably like it))) As for young people and just couples who want to have a normal time, I DO NOT recommend. The staff is very pleasant and decent, changed the bed and towels at will, cleaned every day. In general Bulgarians are very nice people!! !

Lion is not the same.... I am writing this review when I was still at the hotel, after a week of stay. The hotel did not justify itself. Sadness. A couple of years ago, everything was on the level... now: Reception - the manager of the reception has a complete lack of emotions, with it for any request. It reminded me of the soviet service.

One of the highest quality 4-star hotels in Bansko in my opinion. Everything in Lyon looks solid - both externally and internally. Spacious rooms in a classic style - in brown and beige tones, good wooden furniture. Everything about this hotel exudes comfort and quality. A few minutes to the ski lifts (free transportation).

We were in Lyon in February 2013 with a large company (20 people). Settled normally, quickly. The receptionists are not very polite. The rooms are not bad, the apartments are large, but many of our friends could not sleep half the night because of the noise from KARAOKE. Food (took HB) so-so. You won't go hungry, but there is no variety.

BUT robes only for money. There are always a lot of people in the lobby, smoky, very noisy. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the main shopping street, not far from the ski lift. The food was excellent, varied and tasty - they took breakfast and dinner. Delicious fresh baked goods! The only thing that was inconvenient was that there really are no drinks at dinner, everything is paid (expensive) and you can’t bring your own, but we coped with this (ordered 1 glass of wine, and drank a bottle of our natihar))) Where ours didn’t disappear! ))))) The waiters are very fast, it pleased.

We got out by the fact that all the food was "washed down" with tangerines and oranges, very tasty !! ! They say that 5* Kempinsky is the same, but tea costs 8 leva.

For the first two days, the laptop did not receive DNS and the gateway automatically, I had to get the settings from one Englishman, who apparently solved this problem earlier. Then it seemed to be fixed, and the Internet worked in the room. Wi-fi is free, Skype and ICQ made it possible to avoid communication costs.
A minibus goes to the ski lift every 15 minutes, there are two in total. Drive a couple of minutes. You can put on shoes in the storage and drying room. It is located to the right of the main entrance and has its own door.
For the first time in 10 years, there was no snow in Bansko at that time. During the day the temperature reached 10 degrees Celsius, it was sunny.
