This is an apartment hotel. We were happy with our number. We were seated quickly. We got a rather large room. Two-room. It has a room with both a kitchen and a bedroom. Toilet and shower of normal square. They warned that you need to use hot water "in a European way", that is, sparingly. Enough for three. And if you want to have fun, warm up, then there are hotels with a sauna nearby. That's right, we are accustomed to using water sparingly at home. Once the husband, however, washed himself with cold water, but nothing. It didn't spoil our holiday. But everything worked and was clean.
About nutrition. 1) You can buy breakfast in the apartment when booking, 2) buy food in supermarkets (inexpensive, by the way); 3) eat in cafes, restaurants for 7-10 leva. They welcome you like family. The cuisine there is both European and local colorful. I can recommend.
We rented ski equipment from Tsakiris. The prices are bearable. But if you brought all your own ski equipment (there were such characters), then from our apart-hotel there is a transfer to the ski lift. Walk for 3-5 minutes, but it's hard to drag on yourself. We came to rest.
There is free WIFI, in the room we had a weak one. The hotel is generally normal, apparently the forces from above decided that we need to escape from the Internet and spend time in live communication))). Make sure you are put in the room you bought. The rooms are all different. One thing pleases that the view of the mountains is amazing and the air is wonderful. Gaining health for six months before the summer vacation for sure.
You have to understand that you still bought an apartment for a good price, and not a deluxe hotel. Then everything will be easier and fine, especially since Bansko is a vacation in a resort, and not in a hotel, as in Turkey. The hotel is quite consistent with its 3 *. There were a lot of us - 18 people, living in these apartments for 10 days each cost only 3.000 rubles! Why so cheap? Firstly - discounts for early booking, secondly - discounts for the number of people, thirdly - I booked directly through Bolgar, and not Russian travel agencies.

At first, I was afraid that for this money they would put us in a barn without heating and water. But the rooms are great! Spacious, with TV, kitchenette, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, iron. There were no fans. Every day the room was cleaned and towels changed. The bed was changed every two days.
The hotel is actually located very conveniently, 5 minutes to the city center with restaurants (we had dinner there), there are many shops nearby (they bought food for breakfast, which they cooked themselves), we also walked 7 minutes to the ski lift.
Wifi worked intermittently. There is no declared sauna in the hotel, but this is not scary, because there are a lot of hotels around, where there are saunas, steam rooms, spas, swimming pools. They can be visited by a guest of another hotel.
This apart-hotel is not luxurious, but if you are going to Bansko to ride, then there will still be no time to enjoy luxury. Mont Blanc is the best option in terms of price and quality.
