Ужасно Terrible

I will never forget this vacation!
On the second day of our arrival, our car was stolen right from the hotel parking lot at 7 pm when we were having dinner. And our adventures began every day to the police. The owner of the hotel behaved very ugly, said that it was our problems, that the car was stolen, that she was not responsible for the safety of the guests' cars in their parking lot.
So we left without a car. . .
The hotel itself doesn’t represent anything good either, it’s old, the plaster is crumbling in the pool, the restaurant has a small assortment of food, all drinks are paid, the sound insulation in the rooms is simply terrible (all the neighbors’ conversations are heard day and night), water leaks on the floor in the bathroom, The kitchen cabinets smell terrible. At the reception there are sleepy, unfriendly people from whom it is difficult to get any intelligible answer... In short, if you want to have a great vacation, choose a hotel very carefully and MANDATORY with a guarded parking lot with a barrier, with a fence, with a security guard (because in Bulgaria there is chaos and a lot car theft cases!
