We recently returned from this hotel, we traveled with a large company with children, so the disadvantages that will be described in many ways interfere with family vacations or vacations in a company, the hotel is intended only for adults to relax in couples who are ready to put up with the fact that:
the hotel has 6 entrances A, B, C, D, E, F.
, in buildings from 4 to 6 floors, without an elevator, the stairs are quite steep, the entrance to each entrance is across the street, there are no internal passages, we were all settled in different buildings, then, at our insistent request, they nevertheless tried and settled two couples in one building and one in another, it didn’t work out together, although we all had rooms of the same category - one-bedroom, and in order to visit each other we had to dress - it’s not hot outside, also despite the same category they also all had different rooms in terms of layout and furniture and equipment, some of us had old furniture in the room, but there was a fireplace and a bathroom, the second had new furniture and a bathroom, there was no fireplace, the third had chic furniture, kitchen and layout, large area of the room, but there was no bathroom, only a standing shower and there was also no fireplace.
in two of the three rooms in the kitchen there was not a single normal cup for tea, only mini mugs for coffee and glasses for wine, not a single knife for cutting, only cutlery, one frying pan, one large saucepan, different plates .....everything. toaster, kettle, microwave for everyone.
at the reception, at my request, they gave me a knife and a second frying pan.
Also, in my room, water constantly flowed from under the bathroom, when you take a shower, no matter how carefully you do it, it still flows from the sides, and since there were no rags or buckets, you had to use towels for this, which were not always changed even when throw them on the floor. there is a boiler in the bathroom - I constantly lacked water, after washing the child I could no longer wash myself, or, say, wash the dishes, because
the boiler was only half heated, I don’t know, they saved chtol on electricity, in any case, they didn’t even fix it at the request, they cleaned the room, swept it, took out the trash, sometimes washed the dishes, everything, but every day. 1 time in 12 days changed linen and 3 times towels.
Very good audibility in the rooms, I could hear the neighbors behind the wall talking, how they wash and what they do)
Spa center - sauna, steam room, jacuzzi - for a fee - 4 euros per person, opening hours from 16.00 to 19.00, and from time to time the steam room did not work, then the water in the jacuzzi was ice cold, then again there was no hot water in the shower.
Wi-Fi in the lobby works, they regularly came there with their computer, but the speed is not so hot.
Near the hotel there is an ice skating rink where music plays from 10 am to 10 pm, during the day you don’t notice it while on the mountain and outside the hotel, but in the evening it’s annoying, especially if you want to go to bed early, you can’t hear it only if you close the window.
Near the hotel Strazhite 4 *.
Skis and boards were stored on the balcony, they were not left in the ski storage, I can’t say anything here, the heating in the room is normal and adjustable, you can dry everything and adjust the temperature.
It’s not more than 200 meters to the ski lift in a straight line, to the main Pirin street 100 meters along the wasteland next to the skating rink, or 200 if bypassing this wasteland. Close to mechanics, shops, bistros.
In general, this complex is private apartments managed by the Winslow company, so everything is so different both in terms of equipment and furniture, one of these owners told us about this in person.
