The hotel service left a negative impression. We rested in the period from 12/28/12-01/07/13. We lived not in the main (with the administration) building, in the apartments.
Almost all the items of the services declared by the hotel were not fulfilled, and for a 4 **** hotel it's just a shame!
The intercom telephone did not work and was not repaired. Glasses and cutlery were missing from the room, not to mention a kettle. On the night of our arrival, dinner was waiting for us in the room (chopped vegetables, bread, cheese, ham). But due to the lack of cutlery, we could not eat it. humanly.

Providing Internet access from the room (promised in Solvex! ) turned out to be impossible due to the lack of technical capability. The hotel staff was asked to use the Internet access from the lobby bar. However, this possibility was quite limited, due to the very large (several people) number of Wi-Fi devices of the hotel's customers. It was possible to quickly connect to the network only in the morning, while there was no one in the hotel lobby.
On December 31, the first and only full-fledged cleaning was carried out, with the declared daily. The room was only fully cleaned once every 10 days. The floors were washed only where the tiles were laid, and the dust on the laminate under the table remained throughout our stay. For the entire specified period, face towels were changed once, and then at our request, bath towels were not changed even once. Garbage until January 2 had to take out on their own. All linen was stained, like after a bad wash. And a dried cockroach was found on the pillowcase....The sink and toilet were washed only once on December 31st.
On December 31, at the hotel, we were denied a standard dinner with a 6-year-old child (we did not pay for a gala dinner, this hotel allowed it, but a standard dinner was included in the tour price! ). The hotel staff, under pressure from us and other "happy" guests who demanded to serve dinner, contacted the Solvex representative. As a result, a compromise was reached - dinner had to be brought to the room. However, dinner was never brought to our room.
On December 30 and 31 from 17:30 to 19:30, on January 1 and 2 from 8:30 to 10:00 there was neither cold nor hot water in the room. The hotel staff explained the lack of water by a large number of tourists, and the inability to maintain pressure in the water supply.
In our hotel building there was no opportunity to visit the SPA and the gym. These services were provided only in the main (new) building of the hotel. In fact, this was an insurmountable obstacle, since moving from building to building across the street in winter is a health risk (being steamed after the pool or training).

As a result, there was a confident feeling that the hotel was not prepared to receive such a large number of tourists. Only the emergency light was on in the corridors, the dining room in our building was closed (we had to go for breakfast and dinner across the street). There was no wardrobe in the dining room of the new building. The evacuation plan in the room did not match the floor plan. Some doors closed with difficulty, including the front door. The windows blew through in strong winds. The service staff entered the room despite the “do not disturb” sign and did not clean the room with the “please clean” sign. There was no ironing room on the floor.
It should be noted that we almost always heard some dissatisfaction from many guests, including those who lived in the main building.
They stated all their claims at the reception, but people work there who always had some more important problems and they either simply brushed us aside, or promised and did not fulfill in the end. The attitude is careless and indifferent, although smiles pull like in Europe...
So it turns out like 4 **** and chic advertising in all airplane booklets, but in reality - a complete mess and rudeness.
In general, we are very delighted with Bansko, but we do not advise anyone to go to this hotel!
