Rested in Austria and Bulgaria last winter. I must say Bulgaria is super, especially Austria is not inferior at all and much cheaper. I really liked the city of Bansko: 1) inexpensive ski lifts; 2) a very party town; 3) super shopping; 4) inexpensive food. I really liked the Balvio Residence and SPA hotel, large rooms, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi for at least the whole day. There is a ski lift nearby. It is better to take skis with you.
