Hello dear readers. My husband and I went to celebrate the new year and go skiing. I have nothing but bad things to say about this hotel. The first impression is a terrible cigarette smoke in the hotel - the Bulgarians smoke a lot right in the hotel on the 1st floor. Elevator - as in a Soviet hospital - the door of the elevator itself is missing. The rooms are organic, but small and you will not wait for cleaning there, the floors are washed with smelly water. . . Towels are changed every three days and bed linen once a week. The food is not only monotonous, it is simply not enough!! ! the range is just incredible! There is no way to call the reception from the room - there is simply no number in the folder specially designed for this. The staff itself is tightly frostbitten and always knows nothing. Borovets itself is very good in nature, but expensive in terms of food, and even more so to drink. Cafes feed tasteless and do not bother about the assortment. At first it may seem that everything is fine and people are normal, but it is not! you will get tired of the stench in the street instead of enjoying the mountain air. If you have already decided to go for sure, then do not buy ski passes in advance !! ! there are no problems with the lifts and it is cheaper to take both a ski pass and equipment for half a day. And remember - the Bulgarians are just creatures and you have to be careful with them !!! !
