Rested in Borovets hotel Radina`s Way 4 * built in 2010 - returned 26.02. 2112
The TUI Ukraine operator has fulfilled all the obligations taken perfectly! For this, special thanks to Tatyana and Svetlana, as well as our local operator "Elite Tourism" and his representative Oksana, thanks to whom we have been using their services twice a year for more than 7 (seven) years and do not know any problems!
The information on the hotel website www. radinasway. com is correct.

The hotel pulls on 4 *, BUT the service (temporarily hired women) is bad - (not at all -) they know what a 4 * service should provide. They threw a small (there were 5 + for legs) towel on the floor (for replacement) they, in the end, completely removed it). I had to ask to fix the faucet in the washstand - it dangled, weakly drains the water in the shower room, constantly up to 5 cm of water under my feet (the shower room itself is spacious and comfortable). When checking in, I looked into the minibar - there! It thawed! and the cork was torn out (considering that mini-refrigerators are not very powerful - how long did it freeze? ), a bottle of beer and water in a plastic package froze - probably the room was "poorly" prepared.
Buffet meals - breakfast and dinner are varied and sufficient, and, as usual, the absence of sweet drinks in the evening.
The pool for children was being repaired all the time - the smell of building materials, splashing in an adult nearby is uncomfortable. Bathrobe for swimming in the pool - free of charge.
The WiFi network, both in the hotel and along other hotels (almost covers the entire resort), operates constantly and free of charge.
Excellent Philips 32HFL4372D/10 TV, 1st ORT program, music channel and two Orthodox channels in Russian.
The ski bus runs quite rarely - I had to use the neighboring hotel Lion, although it is useful and pleasant to return from the center of Borovets (from the hill) to the hotel if there was a road for pedestrians, and since the roads in Borovets are "poorly" cleaned and you have to go by car road, which complicates the path due to snow and passing cars. The food is good. The rooms are spacious (standard), warm (you turn on the air heating at your own request). The hotel is located in a picturesque place 1.8 km from the center of Borovets in a coniferous paradise! In terms of noise - the impression was that we were alone in the hotel - soundproofing is normal, or maybe the guests were not noisy.
The tracks are many, not bad, BUT intersecting (Martinovi barracks - Sinyatkovo) as a result of a collision and fall of some skiers, despite the established signs for crossing the tracks (as on highways).
The lifts - all normal except for the 4-seat one on Martinvy barracks - are traumatic both when landing and even worse when disembarking. It is necessary to climb Markudzhik - it is better and safer there.
There are no readable clocks and temperature readings at the entrance to the lift (the presence of a time display inside the turnstile is not at all readable in sunlight). What is difficult to hang a clock with a thermometer and other indicators?

The rental is within the norm, the actual prices, webcams and tracks can be seen on the website: http://www.borovets-bg.com/.
No hiking trails! And it’s sad, my wife (and many vacationers) don’t ski, but she likes to walk in the forest (it’s decided in Slovakia! ), but here, due to the lack of sidewalks and uncleaned roads, it’s quite dangerous, and uncomfortable, to walk.
Street cafe staff - obsessive harassment on the street "stops a friend we have the best food", "hochesh is the best trip".
It is not very pleasant to inhale the smell of the vital activity of horses that ride tourists.
The territory of the resort - for two weeks (before our arrival - was monitored on the official website with webcams) as there was no precipitation of more than 1-2 cm / day, and as a result - snowy mountains and snow slurry underfoot on the passage along the MAIN and the only line along the hotels Samokov - Rila (from the Yastrebets ski lift to Sinyatkovo Express) along souvenir stalls, cafes.
Of course, for a couple of days it is pleasant to inhale the smell of burnt firewood (the main fuel of the Bulgarians) mixed with fried meat, but it tires you in 12 days.
We went to the hydrogen sulfide springs "Sapareva Banya". Surprisingly rejuvenating effect on the skin while lying in a hot (42C) pool! But no one warned about the consequences of bathing silverware! Silver acquired a pronounced red-brown-brown appearance, although at home it was easily cured by lightly boiling in: aluminum foil 10x10 cm, lay the product, throw in 1 teaspoon of salt and 40-60 g of water, boil for no more than 5 minutes - a striking effect (who is good knows chemistry, he will understand the process)! Yes, and there were problems with the locker room for men - they allocated a room in which there are 2 benches (just benches, see photo) and drop 10 people's clothes here.
In general, the rest is normal. Minor flaws did not spoil the mood.
