We chose Bulgaria because we were in Albena (Varna) in 2003 and we liked it there. "Atlantis" is located in the city of Burgas in the Sarafovo quarter. Right next to the airport. By the way, the airport does not interfere at all.
So the pros:
1. The territory is beautiful, moderately well-groomed.
2. Own beach with sun loungers and umbrellas.
3. Pleasant and polite Russian-speaking staff.
4. There is animation.
5. Great pools.
6. Has its own SPA area.
7. There is a supermarket right on the territory of the hotel.
8. The hotel is located within the city, which makes traveling easier - you can simply take a regular bus (No. 15) to go around the whole city
And now for the cons:
1. There is practically no playground - apart from two "swings" (a board on a string and a wooden castle.
2. Animation is sooooo weak and besides paid in some places.
3. The beach is very reluctant to clean up after a storm. Several times I had to rest in algae and midges. To the question to the staff - when will the beach be cleaned - the answer was: ask at the reception.
4. Infrastructure around the hotel: weeds 2 meters high, near garbage cans, just some kind of nightmare.
5. Breakfast (buffet) is poor. Comes in 3 days.
6. The price-quality ratio is very weak. With this money, you can relax much more luxuriously.
But! What do we want for three stars? Three stars - very good! I hope my review has helped at least someone.
