Good hosts are very important!
We flew through the Kiev company Trade-Travel. The photo showed one thing, they arrived - it turned out to be much worse. We were hosted by the Zhelev family. Their own three-story house was occupied (although later it turned out that this was for the best), and they decided to settle us in another place. This place turned out to be very dirty, with unfinished repairs, heaps of all sorts of boards under the windows, a mess, there were no sockets, wires sticking right out of the walls, everything was covered in dust. We flatly rejected this option. Zhelev behaved rudely, said that we did not see bad numbers, shouted. They said that we will contact the local consumer protection. They called Kyiv several times, I will introduce Trade Travel. As a result, they demanded to return the money and after 10 minutes they found themselves decent housing and very good owners of the villa "PILCHEVI". They do not work with travel agencies, they accept mostly EU residents, the British and French lived with us. Very friendly, hospitable, neat, decent family. The father of the family is Christo, his wife is Filka, the eldest son of Todor. A beautiful four-story new mini-hotel on a green quiet street, 10 minutes walk from the beach, not far from the bus stop (by the way, it's very close to the airport, 20 minutes walk? but the planes didn't bother us). Be sure to visit Nessebar and Sozopol, the water park in Sunny Beach, it's not far. . . and be sure to try the shopska salad and rakia!! !
