We stayed at this hotel in July 2016. Family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 8. In general, the hotel is good. Animation, rooms, service - everything is 4. They did not clean very well. Sometimes they didn't come at all. Shower gel and shampoos are poor and not replenished. Take yours. Internet only in the lobby free of charge. In the room - for the money.
The animators entertained in the morning, first children, then adults - they danced. After dinner there were water polo and water aerobics. In the evenings there were shows, concerts (not every day). Paid entrance. Mini disco for children in the evenings, free of charge.
The food is pretty monotonous, tired in 15 days. You need to arrive early, otherwise the dishes may not be enough or there will be nowhere to sit. Ice cream is definitely over at the end. Desserts are not tasty. Ice cream is good. Many write that there is no tea and coffee for lunch and dinner - this is true. And from the lobby bar you can not carry them to the dining room. Ladies stand at the entrance, check food coupons and make sure nothing is taken out. But we put delicious peaches in the stroller of friends or in baseball caps of boys))) and took them out. The rooms have 2 channels with cartoons, 1 Russian and the rest foreign. There is nothing special to see and there was no time.

The sea was not calm all the time, the waves and a bunch of algae, it was already disgusting to go in. It was clean at depth, but first you need to try to go on large pebbles. Without safety shoes it hurts a lot, even if there are waves that rock you. Problem with sunbeds. We went to Royal Bay Beach a couple of times. There is a very gentle sandy beach (the kids played and did not worry about safety) and a lot of crustaceans and crabs run along the bottom - we took masks, dived, caught and released - interesting for children. On the last day there was a storm and the rescuers did not allow anyone to swim in the sea. Only you could ride the waves on the shore. Also funny, but again, nasty algae. The water in all pools is cold.
The water park is great. Been there almost every day. The older children themselves hung out there for half a day. When the sea was especially dirty and restless, we were there too.
We were lucky with the weather. It was hot and sometimes clouds floated. Only one night was terribly cold, it felt +10…13. Therefore, we decided that the day would be cool, and in the morning we waved to Nessebar. We were a company of 7 people and it turned out that it was more convenient for us to ride a taxi. In terms of money, almost the same as by bus, but much more comfortable and faster. In Nessebar, in the old part, were 3 times. It is beautiful, there are many souvenirs and shops, restaurants and cafes. We ate there and very expensive (with frills) and ridiculously cheap (mashed potatoes, noodle soup, chicken leg). Equally tasty))
We walked along the evening Sunny Beach. There is an amusement park there. Both adults and children rode.
We took 3 excursions at the hotel - my husband went fishing in the morning (didn’t catch anything), diving (muddy water, because they came from the shore and swam a lot of people nearby, not worth the money), and Tatu cruise (it’s worth it, to take a ride. It was fun for both adults and children. Pirate adventures, competitions, lunch, swimming in the open sea). Currency exchange is everywhere in the vicinity. We looked only at a better course. Those euros that were bought in Russia were not enough for a long time. Everything is expensive.
By the end of the holiday, it became already boring, especially in the evening there was nowhere to go in particular. We climbed around the hotel, wandered along two streets outside the hotel, went to Sunny Beach.
In general, everything is good for children! And there will be food and entertainment. And so are adults. The kids, especially the 4-year-old daughter, are still tearfully asking to go back to Bulgaria
Have a good rest!
