I'll try not to respond too long, but how to get.
At first we bought a ticket, and then I had already read the reviews and, on the one hand, I felt sad, and on the other, I was ready for unpleasant surprises.
I am writing objectively, without emotions, as requested. So, we got to the hotel for about 2 hours. It is something incredible, how we embroidered along Nessebar (and there was another city - I don’t remember the name) on a big bus (with air conditioning). There are such narrow streets that in some places you just left the street with your back. Hotels - just a huge pile and most without their own territory. You go out and stomp to the sea along the streets of the city. Or you splash in the pool, but again, as it were, in the middle of the city.
We got a little alive by 5 o'clock. There is a hunt, but that's bad luck! At 18:30 dinner, and in all free bars (they are up to 17:00) all edibles are over. They drank a drink and went to the sea.

Food in bars (there are 3 of them): in one - a hot dog, right next to the pool, some cutlets were always fried and wrapped in a bun, and towards Andalusia: they made sandwiches and kebabs there. We tried everything - you can eat it. From drinks: we don’t drink alcohol, so I know about diluted cola, juice like UPI, all sorts of sprites and just water.
About food: I can say that there really was a certain set of dishes with minor changes. For example, for breakfast: bread and buns, cracklings, boiled eggs, fried bread in an egg, scrambled eggs, vermicelli, croissants, scrambled eggs, semolina porridge, fried sausages, pancakes, cheese-sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, mayonnaise-mustard-ketchups, puddings (delicious), muesli - you fill it yourself, but cold milk, yogurts (4 types), boiled fruits, what do you call it - compote? (that's where I came off on peaches from childhood : -), fruits - plums, peaches, apples, and also chocolate and jams 2-3, and absolutely wonderful cupcakes.
Judge for yourself - how many stars it pulls. I don’t know. In principle, we liked it (but we have big children - 8 and 11 years old).
At lunch and dinner (I won’t list it : -) - it was more difficult, because pizza, fried potatoes, fried chicken like McNuggets were always present, only tastier. stuffed peppers. Although I still don’t remember a single day that we didn’t eat something tasty and unhealthy.
There are 3-4 types of soups, but mine didn’t like it, just an unusual taste and look of a canteen. For dessert, all sorts of cakes and rolls, pastries were also added at lunch and dinner. Watermelon, melon, grapes. And ice cream - different, you scoop up waffle in a glass for yourself - it was all the time. And delicious, I must say!
And of course there was a crowd of people, although I don’t remember a case when we didn’t have enough space and we stood and waited. There are a lot of tables and they are cleaned all the time. The tablecloths are changed. The dishes were clean - after reading the reviews, I looked diligently - there are no complaints!

Yes. I almost forgot. A fish. That is, I didn’t understand her absence on the seashore, that is. herring and fish fingers were all the time, but it's not really fish for me. Let's go to a Mediterranean restaurant to catch fish - I advise everyone - DO NOT GO! Even in our restaurant, one girl advised us not to go, but we did go once, and in vain: crab meat for a snack in the form of crab sticks or fish sticks from the supermarket. Plus mackerel for the main course with an unusual sauce. Long story short, let's go for dessert. . .
The room was cleaned regularly, though it happened that she came, and we gathered here to sleep after dinner - then she just brought towels and cleaned up in the bathroom.
Now about the territory: we really liked it - big, clean, green. There are all sorts of palm trees, curly cypresses. Everything is watered.
Persons - attentive, not everyone speaks Russian, but they understand.
With the resettlement, the people complained that from the former USSR they were being settled anywhere. As soon as my husband found out that we were being settled on the first floor, he asked how to change. He was told to come tomorrow. But tomorrow we didn’t come, because there was... a chessboard under our window. Such a simple invention, but our horsemen go there rushed every free minute, and until dad intervened - right through the balcony back and forth. And they feel good and we can see them : -).
Sea. Walk to it from the hotel... 2 minutes. It was different every day, but generally warm and without jellyfish, which was very pleasing after the Crimea. Sandy beach, but there are stones and pebbles in places in the water - it’s better not to dive without checking. Fun - scooter (55 leva - 10 min), banana - 15 leva, catamaran -20 per hour. And also like a surf school, but for surfers with a license (it was written there, so we did not insist). Sunbeds - you need to borrow in the morning , but we did not bathe - when we arrived - we threw things on any free sunbed and into the sea. And what is surprising - there are a lot of people - but there was no feeling of "heel in the nose", it was quite spacious both on the beach and in the water.
Pool - class! The depth is 1.4-1.5 m. Directly in front of the hotel - there the little ones learned to dive from the side, swam across it, etc. With great pleasure. There is also a separate part for the kids - a small one.

The water park is great! Before that, I used to slide down the hills in very extreme cases. I don’t like height and speed. Therefore, I have such a regimen - 2-3 hours every day - that’s what I needed, so I managed to get used to it and enjoy it.
The slides are not extreme at all - 3, + one is like a black tunnel, + 2 are quite extreme (Aladin's lamp and a tornado, it seems). Total 6. Plus a playground for the smallest - it is separate and we didn’t go there - it’s small. Yes, and another pool with waves, and just a pool - to swim.
Sunbeds - 5 leva, it's true. But we, and not only us, put things on pebbles and calmly walked either to the slides or to the pool, in short, we did not suffer about this. Yes, food and drinks are paid here. It's sad.
About the toilet: someone wrote that it was not on the territory of the water park - I, gullible, thought so. I haven’t found it yet - it’s there and even 2. To the left and to the right, it’s the stairs along which you go up the hills.
Say everything.

No, more animation - in general, it was good. Every day except Monday (day off) some unpretentious competitions near the pool, aerobics in the water, dancing. For children there was animation - just not near the amphitheater, where all the megazines are - and just right for the Dutch, for some reason. And you have to go to the "Royal Bay" - count to the very end of the territory along the beach and there they held classes from 10 to 12, and from 15 to 17. + decorating T-shirts. And we also got to this type of costume action - Mortle Kombat - Chinese something there. True, 20 leva for a child - like renting something there. But the truth is they then gave them 15 leva (if measured by their own prices) with a sword, a snake and a bell. Disco for children at 20:00 or something else, + costume disco on Fridays, they also costume for money, but ours didn’t want to. There was one such minus - everything that happened not in the amphitheater, but in the animation hall was with VERY loud music and terrible stuffiness due to the fact that there are a lot of people. Here. So we didn’t go there for children, but looked at the adult for 20-30 minutes - as long as we could stand it. I was just amazed at my parents, who came there with toddlers less than ours (by the way, I still remembered, you can take free drinks there too) and sat from 21:30 and beyond.
There were during this time a Bulgarian show, a cowboy show, skits, contests, parodies of pop artists, a Turkish show with fire, magic tricks and dancing. In short, it's fun.
There is also minigolf for money, tennis for free, but rental of rackets and a ball for money, darts, polo for adults and children, Latin dances at a beach bar and Pilates.
I understood for the future: you need to carefully read the paper that is issued at the reception (although it is only in English) - what exactly is included for your money and also on the bulletin board nearby - the schedule hangs in Russian too. if you don't want to miss anything : -).
They also offered excursions - a water park, Istanbul (70 lev for one day, half for children), Nessebar and much more. But we didn't go, so I can't say anything.
And of course the SPA salon - it seemed to me to be expensive, I did not try it. Although everything is relative: 10 minutes for 55 lev on a scooter or 1 hour to bring beauty to your face - for 130-170 lev...
This is on the territory of the service center, it is in the middle between Royal Park and Royal Bay. There is also a gym - hug and cry - 5 unfortunate shabby simulators. And all restaurants included (+drinks, cookies, ice cream for free during the day) + bowling and paid restaurants.
And finally: about souvenirs - there are still not enough of them, but if you go around all the shops, you can find a shot (cups, magnets, rose water). By the way, there is a lot of this in duty free. The price does not vary much.
It didn’t work out briefly, but the conclusion is the same: we really liked it, the children asked for that year too : -).
It's interesting to find out from those who have been somewhere else - it looks like everything that I wrote for 4 stars ? !
