Rested with my husband in Elenite, Royal Park Hotel 4 * from 07.09 to 17.09. 10. The hotel is new, beautiful, well-groomed, there is an outdoor pool on the territory (for beauty, because the water is not heated, t20 *) the sea is nearby, the beach is guarded, there is an aqua park, mini golf, indicated in the advertisement and a fitness club. But this is an unventilated room with five broken machines, only one was working. Really good spa. But so are the prices. The hotel is advertised as a children's hotel. I do not know what there is for children, except for the water park. Children spend all the time on the beach with their parents and are trying hard to "scoop out" the sea with glasses of wine and beer drunk by dad. By evening, the beach is sand covered with cups and cigarette butts. 80% of vacationers are our compatriots.
About the service: they cleaned almost every day (sometimes forgetting to close the door behind them), the linen was changed 2 times. Towels are a different story. Dirty gray, stained, we did not dare to use such. It’s probably not worth writing about nutrition, the assortment has not changed over the entire holiday. And the quality speaks for itself - the queue to the doctors (there were two). Someone was lucky and got off with pills and droppers. I and another lady from Moscow have severe poisoning. They took me to a clinic in Burgas, and I had to pay 60 lev to return to the hotel. The local doctor admitted that at the end of the season there is always such a number of poisonings.
I repeat once again that the hotel is very beautiful, if the windows overlook the courtyard, then it is quiet, calm, comfortable. In this we are lucky. Resort Elenite (Deer) is located 40 km from Bourgas, but in time it is 1 hour 30 minutes of the road. Who is going to go in September, you need to know that the sea is already cold, it often storms, the weather is cloudy, but there was no rain.
