I want to share a story about our "wonderful" vacation in this "wonderful" hotel. It may seem to you that we are too picky or we are some very boring and meticulous tourists who always feel bad. But I hasten to disappoint you - not at all. We are the most ordinary young family with one small 2-year-old child who has been to many places. We want to convey to you very important information so that you do not repeat our mistakes. And the very first of them is to trust the negative reviews that you read. If there is only one of them, you can still doubt it, but if there are ten of them and they are all equally bad, LISTEN TO THEM. We did not believe that everything was so bad and went. Let's go:
1. Parking - if you get your own car, then there is no free parking on the territory of the hotel and you can’t drive there, parking outside the territory is paid from 3 to 5 euros per day. Not every car park has a spot.
2. The staff is rude, rude, not qualified and indifferent (not attentive and not friendly), and all because 90% of the staff are students or trainees who work there for 200 euros per month (we learned this from them ourselves). As they receive, so they work. But the worst thing is that in a 4-star hotel nobody cares. There is probably no such connivance on the part of the management towards the staff in any hotel in the world.

3. The room - we had a sea view and a large, bright one (although there is a plus), with a small balcony (on which there are two chairs, a table on which our swimwear was dried because there was no dryer). The cornice with curtains periodically fell, the folding chair turned out to be broken (it was repaired at the time of checking in with us), the upholstery of the chairs and the bed are very dirty, there is no full-length mirror, there are terrible locks on the doors, which, if desired, can be easily opened, the safe in the room is paid , the pillows are not clear what they are stuffed with, so it’s uncomfortable to sleep on them, there is no additional toilet paper in the bathroom, I had to personally take shampoos and gels at the reception, they could remove the garbage and not put the trash bag in the bucket, with the replacement of towels in general the story: we need them they changed mainly at our request, and not by themselves and not in a complete set (one day they gave five towels, another three, the third - four, etc. ), taking a shower in the evening before dinner in warm water is simply not realistic, the pressure is so much weak, that you don’t even want to climb there. The Internet is very weak, it’s not realistic to talk on Skype (in our room it was one division), we had to go down to the reception, where he was also, then he was not. The mini bar has 4 bottles of water and is no longer replenished.
4. The beach is not sandy, but mixed with large stones, the beach is not cleaned at all, so the children dig up heaps of cigarette butts, a lot of broken sunbeds, there are no tables for sunbeds, so people take extra sunbeds for things, toys, bags. Taking sunbeds is another story, believe it or not, but at 7:40 am I couldn't get two sunbeds together, let alone under an umbrella(!!!! ). After that, I generally stopped borrowing in the morning. The beach is very cramped (you feel like in the Crimea). The entrance to the sea has a strip of stones 2 meters wide (be careful). Incomprehensible wires stick out of the sand and there are only two trash cans on the whole beach. There are no changing rooms or toilets on the beach. There is only one playground for all hotels and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to it.
5. The pool is not cold, but icy, of course, not with sea water, but with ordinary water, so it often stank of bleach (why is it needed there at all). The pool bar has been making the same hot dogs with spiced sausages every day since 11.
6. Restaurant (canteen and no more) - this is a nightmare. The dishes are DIRTY, with greasy stains and residues of lipstick, etc. (it’s good that they had their own dishes for the child), chipped. I fully believe about the poisoning, although we were lucky. They do not have a dishwasher, we ourselves saw how the plates were wiped by hand. There are no teaspoons, and this despite the fact that the hotel is family-run, that is, there are many children there who probably should eat with tablespoons. There is no children's menu, there are 2 children's chairs for the whole restaurant and they are in a terrible state, the waiters are very slow to clean the tables. Dinner ends at 21:00 and after that only the lobby bar is open. After 21 you will not go anywhere in the hotel. The food is monotonous and very badly prepared (even the chef's main dishes are very peppery and overcooked). Serving canned beans in the summer is just a quiet horror!!!! ! With fruit, the situation is deplorable, when they take out a plate of some fruit, it is empty after 3 minutes. The fruit is not of the best quality, often hard or greenish. After the third dinner, we stopped eating in the canteen and went to dinner in Nessebar, Sunny Beach and other places

7. QUEUES - they are everywhere!!! ! The queues for the elevator due to the fact that the hotel has 500 rooms and 8 floors, and there are only 4 elevators (one of them didn’t even work for us), our record is 20 minutes. waiting for the elevator. Queues at the restaurant: in the morning - for croissants and buns, for pancakes, for fried eggs, in the afternoon - for pizza, fruit, rolls and the main course, for dinner - pizza, main course, drinks. The queue at the lobby bar in the evening for drinks. The queue in the morning to sign up for an ala carte restaurant (we have never been), empty seats ended in 20 minutes. after the start of the recording, since the queue began to gather an hour and a half before the recording. Therefore, this hotel is for those who miss the USSR and everything connected with it!!!!
Alcohol in the restaurant is terrible (some incomprehensible semi-sweet cheap wines), diluted powdered juices, sodas, only beer is normal. In the lobby bar local gin, vodka and brandy, cocktails, they do not know how to make and do not. Water in the restaurant cannot be bottled, only in the bar.
The hotel is not worth the money and the stars that it has. And the "all inclusive" system in Bulgaria does not stand up to criticism and this is in all hotels. We do not recommend going to this hotel and we do not recommend taking the "all inclusive" system. It is better to pay for seafood in restaurants and know that it is fresh and tasty cooked just for you than to choke on sticky pasta, green fruits and canned cucumbers and overpay for the Bulgarian "all inclusive"
