Хороший готель але пляж жахливий. Good hotel but the beach is great.

1) We chose Hotel Zornitsa because it is located on the first line and in a quiet area. We arrived at 8 am and settled in at 12. We chose a room with a view of the pool and the sea, but unfortunately we were given a room with a partial sea view, and the bed had to be double and extra bed for a child, and gave 2 single but corrected the situation, moved the beds and made a double mattress.
2) The hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean, the area is generally beautiful and picturesque. The pools are clean. The staff speaks English, Russian and even Ukrainian. Every day there was a team of animators who were like family for hotel guests, especially for children, that evening disco for children. it was fun) Many thanks to the team of animators. You are wonderful! )))
3) Pros of the room: comfortable beds, cozy, comfortable, fresh.

Cons: we stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, these days we were given only 3 gels, 3 shampoos and 2 soaps, we used it for the first 2 days, and after that we did not deliver perfumes. It's good that I had everything.
4) The food is perfect, varied and delicious thanks to all the staff of the restaurant. Some people write about intestinal infections, we have not encountered them. I did not like the fact that when we came to dinner, we were told that there were no free tables, but it was not true, for which it is unclear.
5) I did not like the beach! ! ! ! ! ((HORROR ...and through this beach we will not go to this hotel. It is impossible to go into the water, on the knees of algae, it all stinks and insects fly. . Is it so difficult to clean the sunset in the water ...... ) After two days of fighting algae, we started walking to the beach of the Royal Hotel, also the sea is only a few meters from each other but the beach is clean, every morning and evening a man came with a rake and cleaned the sunset by the sea.
and took away these algae and in the star may be cleaned but left it all on the beach which created a terrible smell. I have a video, but I don't know how to attach it here.
PS. Please respond to my comment to the hotel staff why not clean the sunset?
