We rested in Fregata from August 1 to August 15.2007. We completely agree with those reviews, according to which Fregata is the best hotel in Kranevo.
We took only breakfast, which was, in principle, so-so. Probably at the level of 3 stars. The rooms are large, spacious and bright. There are double-glazed windows on the windows, which is wonderful, since our windows overlooked the neighboring camp-hotel and the kids there began to hit the ball at half an hour from 8. If the window is open, then the audibility is colossal, but it is worth closing it and that's all - silence. For some reason, there was no curtain in the bathroom separating the shower from everything else. As a result, everything else was constantly in the water. Even a hole in the floor didn't help. It's a strange system...It's hard to say something about the pool, since we never got to it - the sunbeds were busy all the time, and not far from the sea.

The biggest minus of the hotel, in our opinion, is the room service. Change of linen - 2 times a week - this is normal.
But the rest of the time, even despite our desperate call in the form of a sign on the door - PLEASE CLEAN THE ROOM - they didn’t even make the beds, they just took out the garbage. We thought that maybe it's all about tips and began to leave a left every day. Grateful cleaners began to take tips and this finally made them lazy, because they stopped even vacuuming. This went on for three days, after which they, apparently completely disappointed in our room, even began to take out the garbage once every two days.

On the ground floor of the hotel there is a bar, which prices were surprisingly lower than in some cafes outside the hotel (except for chips and chocolate, which were twice as expensive). At the last - Sky-bar, where it was nice to pass the evening, looking at the stars and drinking margaritas.
Valuables can be left at the reception in a safe. They give out paper envelopes (not very big), where you have to squeeze more or less large things, like a camera bag.
Not very comfortable.
In general, the hotel is wonderful - it was pleasant to live. New, spacious rooms, an excellent Sky bar, smiling staff at the reception crosses out the shortcomings with cleaning. We advise everyone!
