This hotel is not about service at all. The rooms are terrible: dirty, cramped, stuffy. The smell of the toilet, that is, the stink, is felt even from neighboring rooms. The showers don't work. Toilets haven't seen brushes since the hotel was built. Everything collapses, pipes leak. As for food, if you want to get poisoned, then welcome to Zora. Plates if washed, then with traces of detergent. To put sugar in tea you need to use. . . no, not with a teaspoon, but with an ordinary plastic disposable cup. In the same bowl, tea is served. Forget about the buffet. Sovdepovskaya dining room on a fish day (who remembers, of course) will seem like the highest culinary aerobatics. The portions are meager, even for me - a woman whose diet, believe me, is very far from the pork trough. Yes, you can eat in the "restaurant" only in good weather, if it's raining, then don't forget to put on raincoats and take umbrellas to protect yourself and food from heavenly moisture, which successfully overcomes the leaky roof. Yes, windows are a problem too. For some reason, the glass in them is missing through one. Probably, this is the idea of ​ ​ a super fashion designer. In general, you can write a lot, but I'm afraid it will no longer be a horror film, but a long-running series. I had to get on my nerves, take some of the money and run away from there to another hotel. Yes, another very important point. Zora is a youth camp. Parents, pay attention to my review when you send your children on vacation to Zora. Children from the same group are settled on different floors. The cultural program is so poor, I can even say that there is none at all. Children are left to their own devices, no one looks after them. They go to the beach on their own, eat on their own, wander around the village on their own. The older ones have noisy drinking parties for themselves, while the younger ones are somehow on their own. Animators are introduced to the group on the day of arrival and no one else sees them. So, I will draw a line under all of the above - DO NOT SEND CHILDREN IN THE ZORA YOURSELF AND YOURSELF DO NOT REST THERE!! ! There are a lot of decent hotels in Kranevo where you can feel comfortable and have a great rest. It will cost you not much more, believe my bitter experience.
