We stayed at the hotel in July 2015. Liked the hotel. Very friendly staff at the reception, placed immediately upon arrival, explained everything, tried to help in resolving any issues. The room is nice, not big but has everything you need, very clean. I was surprised that the towels were changed every day, and the bed linen every other day, the cleaning was done carefully, there was nothing to complain about. The hotel area is not big, but cozy. It is very close to the sea - 100 meters, to Nessebar 10 minutes by public transport, a stop 200 meters from the hotel, to the center of Ravda about a kilometer walk. Wi-Fi in the room almost does not catch, but at the reception and by the pool is quite fast.
In general, we were satisfied with everything except the restaurant! The restaurant was VERY disappointing and spoiled the rest. I don’t know if the hotel and restaurant have one owner or not, but the restaurant staff (cook and administrator), unlike the hotel workers, are simply disgusting! We took breakfast and dinner. They promised a buffet instead for breakfast we were given a plate with 2 slices of sausage, cheese and cheese with half a tomato and 3 olives. At the same time, when we took a plate for a child (a child of 5 years old! ) We were told that we did not pay for the child, so he is not entitled to food and for the child we can only take dry breakfasts! I haven't come across anything like this before! Dinner was also a la carte, out of 7 days there were only 2 normal dinners with meat and fish, and on the rest of the days we were baked sausage tomatoes and cheese in a pot, which remained from breakfast, filling them with eggs and served it as a "roast"! At the same time, the hotel administrator sat down at the next table, because. the hotel was almost always empty in the evenings and made sure that we didn’t take any of the food with us. It was VERY annoying!
In general, you can have a good rest at the hotel, but take a ticket without meals and eat elsewhere!
