Hotel Elena is located in the center of Nessebar. Convenient location, because there are banks, shops, cafes and travel agencies nearby (we used the travel agency for a sightseeing trip to Istanbul).
The beach is far away, about 20 minutes walk at a calm pace through the yards. With a small child, it is somewhat inconvenient. But I rested with an adult daughter, so it was easier.
In the morning we had breakfast at the hotel as breakfast is included. It is monotonous... probably like in all hotels of this level. Omelet, omelet with sausage, cheeses (several types), butter, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, tea, coffee (-), juice. In limited quantities.
We had lunch and dinner in cafes on the coasts. The food there is delicious and inexpensive. Ate several times in pizzerias in the city center, dirty, poor service, tasteless, expensive. In Old Nessebar, they ate in a very nice restaurant, but prices were expensive on the other side.

In general, the portions are huge and inexpensive, ate to satiety.
About the hotel itself. Bathroom for 3+. Savdepiy. Cleaning daily. The bed is all perforated. And the beds are a nightmare. Old and oh so squeaky. Don't sleep!
The room is small, in front of a residential building, the windows rest.
I advise you to take a clothesline with you.
TV is old, channels are bad.
There were no mosquitoes. True, seagulls, like pigs, yell all night. You need to get used to it.
The hotel does not have a patio. This hotel is not for families with small children. But just for adults who came to relax quietly.
In general, for a cheap holiday and a picky tourist, this hotel can be recommended to spend the night cleanly.
