1. Of the 2 weeks of rest, one of the elevators did not work for 7 days, and this is in a 6-storey fully occupied building. I had to stand for half an hour with a stroller, because. if you yourself can go down the stairs, then it was problematic to carry it with the child.
2. Shower gel, shampoo and other supplies are not replenished.

4. The work in the room is of poor quality and not on time. When checking in, a breakage of the table on the balcony was discovered, a sharp piece was sticking out unsafe for the baby, they asked to fix it, they reminded me several times - nothing was done.
