We rested in the summer with children, we chose a quiet hotel with good children's food. It all started with arrival and accommodation. They settled in an apartment near the restaurant, a room with ants, as it turned out, that bit 3 nights in a row. Unsmiling and frightened at the reception settled exactly at 14.00 and not earlier, although we were tired and with small children. Swedep room with broken beds. Stuffy, damp room, although they came to clean, wash the floor in the bathroom, as everything was leaking there. . . , there is air conditioning, but they didn’t turn it on, because it was possible to get sick, all the children coughed and adults went with a runny nose and cough in the hotel from a temperature drop. And without a balcony, there is no place to dry clothes, there is a dryer, but the clothes do not dry out, they put wet clothes on for themselves and the children, but then they decided to take the drying out through the onco to the street. When they wanted to fall asleep after the road, tired, sleepy, the first thing that scared us was that the window went out to the restaurant, where people gathered for dinner on the terrace in the evening and drank, smoked, that it was impossible to even open the window, shouted until 23.00 that the kidscouldn't sleep!!! And yet, when these dispersed, another thing began - the music rattled so strongly from the disco from 23.00 and until 5 in the morning, that everyone was crying and the kids and we. It was very painful and unbearable. In the morning they asked to change the room, so the manager Galina, with claims and a disgruntled face, offered two separate rooms with an extra charge of 8 euros in addition to the amount, and on the 4th floor on the roof, also without a balcony where you could suffocate from the heat at all. They did everything so that the number did not change at all. The food is the same every day, everything with thyme, that the children ate almost nothing, say that it is not tasty. Adults had heartburn and then nausea from eating, which affected the pancreas. . . They refused lunch, so only half of the money was returned, and then with a scandal. A boorish attitude towards everything and everyone. All I liked was the territory and security of the hotel, a smiling man who smiled)). And when leaving, they urgently needed to vacate the room at 12.00 and not a minute later, since we had a bus in the evening, as people drove there, but there was no one !!! It seems that Galina, the hotel manager, enjoyed herself, for our own money, when she had some advantages !!! We will never recommend this hotel to anyone!!! And you decide))
