We rested in Nessebar for the second time, so we knew what to expect from a 2-3 star hotel. However, I liked Onyx, despite the fact that there was very little information about him on the Internet. The hotel is located on the "penultimate" street of the city, so to speak. Further, only Edelweiss Street, beyond which stretches the green zone, fields and mountains. This location has advantages: firstly, this part of the city is inhabited mainly by local residents (few hotels, many apartment-type houses), so you will not see lines of cheerfully marching people in swimming trunks, caps and with air mattresses every day; secondly, based on the first point, there are few cafes and restaurants on these streets, which means less noise. However, Father Paisius, Cyril and Methodius and others are very close to the central streets. In the next house there is a supermarket "Black Sea". Nearby are several grocery mini-shops and a number of fruit and vegetable shops. On st. Edelweiss has several exchangers (on the advice of friends, we exchanged in "Petrov")
The only disadvantage of the hotel's location was for us the distance to the South Beach, because. during the last trip, we liked the South beach more than the North beach. Therefore, every day we proudly walked for 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back, first before lunch, and then after : )
The hotel is five-storey, the first floor is administrative. We lived in a studio on the top floor. The room is large, bright, divided into two parts by a wardrobe with a bar counter. In the room: double bed, bedside tables, sofa, folding chair, coffee table, mirror with chest of drawers, TV, air conditioning. The balcony is large enough; there is a table at which in the evening it is very pleasant to sit with tea / coffee or fruit.

The staff speaks little Russian, but we found a common language. Very polite and friendly women at the reception. They greeted us heartily several times a day : )
The hotel is very quiet, other guests were rarely seen.
On the first night, the noise from cars passing right under the windows was annoying. Then they got used to it (or did the cars drive less? ) and slept peacefully with the door to the balcony open.
On the ground floor of the hotel there is a very nice cafe, which for some reason did not work. So we didn't get to eat at the hotel.
In general, I liked the hotel. Clean, comfortable, calm and quiet, but at the same time close to popular streets with shops and restaurants. The city itself is beyond praise!
