I went to Bulgaria for the first time, I chose the hotel based on reviews here on this site. And I never regretted that I believed the people who wrote them. I must say right away - if you find fault, then some little things can be found absolutely everywhere. But!!! ! And this is the BUT, in my opinion, is the most important. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its owners. Communication with Peter and Margarita is already a vacation. Wonderful, friendly, responsive and always ready to help in resolving any issue. Peter met when she arrived and took her to the bus stop when she left. And I'm not at all sure that the responsibility of the owner of the hotel includes carrying heavy bags of guests from the hotel to the bus stop. For this, I thank him again. I simply did not want to leave breakfasts and dinners - delicious food and pleasant communication did not let go of the dining room. It was the beginning of the season and for the first two days I was the only visitor to the dinner, which was prepared exclusively for me. Of course, you can eat in any of the many cafes in the city, but the evening without Margarita's stories would be somehow unfulfilled.
A little about the room. I lived alone in a room on the 4th floor, the sea was visible from the balcony. On the balcony there is a table and two chairs, ropes to dry your swimsuit and a towel after the beach. There was even a basin in the bathroom if there was a need to wash something. The soap was liquid in dispensers and the usual small pieces. True, there was no shampoo. But I always use my own, so I didn’t see a problem in this. The room has a fridge, kettle, 2 cups and spoons, 2 glasses. Naturally air conditioning and TV with 3 "Russian" channels. Safe at the reception for an additional fee of 2 leva per day, but I will not take it on the second trip - there is no need for this. Change of towels and linen on the 5th day. A microwave is installed between the first and second floors, and if something needs to be warmed up, it can be done without any problems. Because breakfasts and dinners are portioned and huge, you could take the surplus with you, unlike hotels with a buffet, where this, to put it mildly, is not encouraged. The location of the hotel is very good, 3 minutes to the bus stop, to the banks, where the most favorable exchange rate, 4. Khan Krum and Father Paissy shopping streets are very close. To the sea 5 minutes to the nearest free zone. The hotel downstairs has a basket with beach mats and umbrellas, which can be used absolutely free of charge. Since it was the beginning of the season, there were no problems with places on the beach.
On the way from the beach and to the beach, I passed by large hotels with swimming pools and other "pleasures" and each time I was glad that I had chosen Orpheus - sweet, kind, quiet and cozy.

With pleasure and joy I will return to this hotel in September))) I really look forward to meeting Peter and Margarita, with my favorite hotel and the old town of Nessebar and with the gentle sea, of course. In three words - it's worth going to Orpheus!
