It is very difficult to call "Vigo Panorama" 4 * hotel. The concept of "hotel" and the provision of stars involves, above all, a certain service. We came across the following: the reception is a small adapted room, the administrators are people who know nothing and are not responsible for anything. This room is open from 8.00 to 19.00 Then it closes, and no one has until the morning. It is in it (or near it) you can get (if you're lucky) Wi-Fi. Nowhere else in the territory of this service is provided. The hotel itself is scary and shabby. The elevator (where he works) goes only to the 4th floor. If the room is on the 5th or 6th floor, you have to go on foot (with suitcases). There is no hotelier who can help. The territory is free for passage, no protection, no fencing. He doesn't even have locks at the entrances to the house. Any outsider can move freely both on site and in the hotel. No video surveillance. The area is not well maintained.
The room has broken furniture (bed, chairs), the mattress is torn and stinks of mold, air conditioning is leaking, the curtains are torn and dirty. Ordered one 2-bed - in a 4 * hotel - is an unacceptable luxury. Two beds were covered with a sheet and a half. We have never seen such a bathroom in Asian countries - it's just a hose and a drain in the floor. A flat-screen TV is a sign of civilization, but it doesn't exist in this hotel. The TV was tube, but it didn't work all day because the TV wasn't paid. Many rooms have been bought by people and are available to everyone. Therefore, this is not a hotel, but just a house.
We bought a tour with HB food. Interestingly, the hotel does not have its own restaurant. So we had to eat at a small pizzeria nearby. The pool bar, as stated in the description on the site, does not exist! The pool is completely unsanitary, where the water is a thick liquid of dark green color.

There is no need to talk about the fitness center at all, although it is stated on the website. The service "guarded car park" causes only laughter. The hotel does not have its own beach. The narrow strip of sand by the sea is never removed by anyone, and is separated from the pedestrian zone by fireplace blocks. In the evening the sea is very dirty. The hotel itself has been, as it turned out, for two years in lawsuits.
