The hotel is located on the street. Places, 5 (north coast). 5 min walk to the beach + search for a place, if you don’t want to pay for an umbrella and a deck chair, close to the central street with shops. The room has a small TV, a small refrigerator in which food cannot be stored (not because of its size, but such hotel rules), a bed without a bedspread, an ottoman, a table, a wardrobe, 2 glass glasses without a tray, air conditioning, a table on the balcony, two plastic stools, ashtray. The toilet is combined with a shower. The family that stayed in this room before us told us that the refrigerator was not working and they could not get the owners to repair or replace it. We took over. We found the hostess of the hotel (they don’t have a reception desk as such, they had to “catch” the owners in their apartment (in the same hotel), or in the restaurant downstairs (where they were constantly seen), reported the problem. They began to solve the issue immediately: they turned refrigerator and they told me to wait 2 hours, then turn it back and turn it on (they have such a “repair”! ) But the refrigerator, even after such radical manipulations, refused to work for a cut, which was reported to the hostess. She said that tomorrow she would go to Burgas and buy a new one. Delighted, we lay down to rest, and in the morning in a good mood went to the beach. When we returned from the beach, we were startled by the unpleasant sound of low spirits and hitting the tiles, a broken refrigerator standing still. We went to the host office of the Bulgarian agency "InterHolidayServise", reported the reason for the strange sound that the depressed mood made. The representative of this organization dialed the number of the owners and, first in Russian (it was clear), and then in Bulgarian (it was not clear), he spoke. He (we) was told that they were buying a refrigerator in Burgas, and they mentioned it again: it is forbidden to store food in the refrigerator! We told him that such issues should be resolved quickly, the heat is about 32 degrees, I want to drink chilled water. The advice was given: Good chilled water flows from the faucet! (How we didn’t think of it ourselves - I’ll never know). I regret that I didn’t prompt him to further develop his thoughts: in addition, in the country, you can fill a small pool with sea salt, stick an umbrella nearby and send Nessebar to Bulgaria! In short, on the 4th day they slipped some junk on us. No apologies, however, as in the following days, the words “good afternoon” (they turned away, or pretended not to see), were not heard from the owners. The room was cleaned every other day, the linen was changed only when we asked: do they change it at all? They asked about a tray for glasses, sent us to a bar, where they told us: only for one day, but ask every day... The purchased fruits were laid out in bags that they brought with them. Our neighbors told us that they ate downstairs in a restaurant where there should be a 10% discount for hotel guests, but there were no discounts. They thought that on the last day of rest they would be fed a free lunch (12 days-120%) - yeah! and 20% dry rations for the road!!!!!! ! The hospitality of the owner of the hotel, a representative of the Bulgarian agency "InterHolidayServise" during a conversation with us, was painted in full: friendly, pouring brandy to strangers (how much do you need to be a stranger to achieve such favor? ). We must have known each other. Maybe, of course, it was only with us that such adventures happened, which I deeply doubt, but draw your own conclusions, if you are offered this hotel, is it worth choosing, it may be better to choose some alternative hotel. But, if you are fans of such extreme sports, you have received the information. Ask the owners where the refrigerator does not work¸ or something else, and go ahead, you are guaranteed 100% rest.
