We chose the hotel for its location (near the old town), and were very sorry. The hotel is beautiful in appearance, but poorly adapted for life, the comfort for vacationers is not thought out at all.
The soundproofing is disgusting, in the room on the third floor you can hear everything that happens at the reception, especially the music and the squeals of children running around the internal balconies.
The air conditioning system exists only nominally: warm air blows from the air conditioner, it does not cool the room below 26 degrees, at night I had to sleep with an open balcony. The hotel staff came to the room only after the 3rd appeal, and instead of correcting the situation, they began to prove that it should be so.

The staff is smiling, but stupid and irresponsible: all requests remain at the level of smiles and promises. They didn’t clean the room for two days, then they took away the towels, but didn’t leave fresh ones, then they promised to pick up a handkerchief that had fallen from the balcony onto the roof of the restaurant three times, but they never returned it (although they picked it up, it disappeared from the roof).
Breakfast food is disgusting. Cheap toilet paper sausages, meat after 2 days on the third, very little fruit, instead of freshly baked buns, they serve yesterday's pizza heated in the microwave.
The sandy beach near the hotel was covered with boulders (this is how the Bulgarians strengthen the embankment), so in the sea you either have to crawl on all fours on slippery stones, or go far to the city beach.
For those who are accustomed to normal service on vacation, I do not recommend going here.
