The guy showed the number, he also helps to deliver the luggage to the room (!!!!! ). The third floor - the sea is not visible, but only pools and slides. I told her that I want to see the room that we booked, she replied that you can see it at 14.00. We are waiting. . . I come up - he says he has freed himself. Gives out cards - keys to the room, and sends a guy with our luggage to this room, we go up - and the room is the one with a sea view)))) I'm coming back)))) she tells me - why didn't you like the room ??? Why did you decide to change it? Like we already lived there))) even called the administrator. As a result, I look at our room - and there is a 2-bed and a small type of folding bed (not even 1 m wide !! ) I say - where to put a 14-year-old child ??? (we booked a room that has a full bed for a teenager). They said it is unrealistic to deliver 1 more bed in this room, and as a bonus, you can stay in a room with a video of the sea at no extra charge. We agreed. . the guy assistant to the luggage))))) was constantly indignant, and smacked his lips while fiddling with him (he doesn’t know Russian !! ) Under the windows from morning to evening, endless noise (you can’t open the balcony) always squealing children in the pool, laughter and rzhach, whistle of rescuers. And closer to the night - very loud live music. But when it all ends - everyone comes to their rooms, and the soundproofing is 0, through the socket that near the bedside table you can hear the crying and screaming of a small child (until the morning !!! ) Music plays in the corridors and at night too !!! She can be heard in the room!! There are mosquitoes on the territory!!! A hotel of this level could have poisoned them !!! There are very few Russian-speaking vacationers, only foreigners, and each family with 3-4 children of different ages. In the restaurant, all the girls go with their hair down, picking up their own plates of food, many dishes are with their hair !!! This is tin. . . somewhere there is a review about the line for pancakes, and so this line is thanks to the children who cannot use the overlay devices. Is it really that hard for parents to help their children???? There are a million children, they run around the restaurant, dropping their plates, creating queues everywhere.... it may be that I am an old woman and do not like children)))) alas, this is not so)))) you just need to respect each other and remember that we all came to rest))). Meals: every day everything is the same, they just add 1 something new. The first 4 days they ate everything normally, tried everything, then I don’t feel like anything. All the meat they apparently soak in is varied - duck, chicken, veal, pork, but everything tastes the same, very tender, airy, you don’t even feel the fibrousness of the meat !!! I don't think this is normal!!! Desserts with a lot of starch, fruits are not tasty, vegetables are not tasty!!! Every day there were cheeses and sausages!!! Everything is fried, the potatoes were boiled 1 time. Sausages with a terrible smell!!! Soups are delicious and varied, which I was glad for, the first thing is very important for us. The water in the room is also impossible to drink on the 4th day, it gets boring, it has a special taste)) At 21.30 the child wanted to have a snack. In 1 bar there were only snacks pickles , I had to go to the store. It is expensive to rest in Bulgaria for Ukraine. Their currency is very expensive. 100 lev is 2000 UAH. This is 5 times to pay for sunbeds (2 pcs + umbrella) So I would not recommend this hotel for those who like a quiet holiday. . .

The area is well maintained and large. Lots of pools, entertainment facilities for children of all ages. I liked the water slides very much, just a real water park. I liked everything very much. The room is modest but tasteful. I did not like the cleaning, they cleaned it, but it could have been better, sometimes there was garbage on the floor. Though you leave a tip, though not, they always cleaned the same way. For some reason, every time the pillows and the entire folded bed were put into our crib, and the bed remained bare, uncovered, somehow it was strange. Even before arriving at the hotel, I was wondering if there was a baby cot and if there would be a kettle, because. traveling with a small child, and this makes up its own difficulties. They wrote that there is no kettle in the room, but they will give it at the reception at the first request, and put a crib. Instead of a crib, there was a playpen on which it was impossible for a child to sleep, but it’s okay, it’s still bearable, you can put a child with you, but they said no and they won’t give a kettle. This was a problem, because boiling water is needed to prepare the mixture, and at night, and the dining room does not work at 3-00. Just if they wrote that they would not give a kettle or there would be no boiling water, then they would come up with something to take with them. Algae sometimes lay on the beach and installation and repair work was going on in places, which was not very pleasant. sometimes smelled like paint. Even the water in the pool is absolutely not heated and it is cool, I directly forced myself to go in for a dip. In children, too, it is not heated. Very arrogant seagulls - if you leave food next to the rack near the pool, they will steal it, so it’s not always good to eat on the street either.

Saved only by our hotel Sol Neseber Mare. There is no difference between Sol Neseber Mare/Palace/Bay. One network, located on the same territory and you can use all the services of these three buildings, the territory is common, in front of each Hotel there are swimming pools, but you can swim in any. Sol Neseber Mare has the most interesting location: a good adult pool, 3 children's pools for all ages, 2 slides (even adults like it), at night you can ride water cars to the music, it's very funny, it costs 3 Lev (1.5 EUR). Further from the entertainment of the hotel there is a children's go-kart, but adults can also have fun there calmly; worth the same 3 Lev. The hotel itself is very clean, very friendly staff, all friendly. The rooms are large, comfortable, modern renovation throughout the interior of the hotel. We really liked the elevator, high-speed and one glass wall, overlooking the pool, the children loved to ride it. I really liked the food, especially for children, it tastes very similar to ours, the main thing is soups, not the same as in Greece and Turkey. In a word, varied, delicious. The only problem is with fruits, a lot of rotten ones, but they are laid out on the table without hesitation. Almost all corners of the hotel are coffee machines, you can drink coffee, chocolate and cocoa at any time of the day. Friendly bartenders will always make you a variety of delicious cocktails. As for animation, there are complaints. Programs are similar everywhere, but there is no interaction with children, very little. And evening shows are also boring, there is also no interaction with tourists, funny scenes and competitions, only dances and performances by the animators themselves. But the biggest disappointment was that water aerobics is absolutely serious and sporty, and not fun, as we are used to in other countries, and even without the general dance of the hotel. Anime in general 3 balls out of 10. And the sea was also upset, it was very dirty, namely, algae washed up on the shore, but this is a feature of this time of year - September, they said that in summer the sea was clean. Creams, products, gifts - a supermarket Mladost - 2 stops from the hotel (you can walk). . by the way, the hotel itself is located in the village of Ravda. . It is inexpensive, the cars are good, there are no problems with gasoline and roads (many Bulgarians have not been in their capital in their entire lives, for them 200 km is like the Far East for us))))) so the roads are always free, you are welcome everywhere, with an overnight stay no problems. Who will be interested, I will tell you about Rupite (Vanga), Peter Ich, Sofia, Plovdiv and other cities.... for 3 days everyone looked)))))) Do not listen to anyone about any infections and difficulties that sick people create, take your license and boldly go to the Balkans. The hotel is excellent , the sea is wonderful (as for the beach - IT DOES NOT BELONG TO THE HOTEL and therefore the hotel and the beach are different things).

Four of us traveled (three adults plus a child 5 years old) from 17 to 27 July 2012.30 minutes from the airport. The hotel rooms are spacious, not "super", but very solid. The hotel rooms are spacious, not "super", but very solid. The building and grounds are similar to Soviet-era sanatoriums, but at the same time, all the best is taken and, of course, with excellent service. The staff is unobtrusive, pleasant. The biggest plus, perhaps, is the food (beef, pork, chicken, lamb, a couple of times a rabbit; a variety of fruits: watermelons, melon, peaches, apples, pears, plums, apricots, kiwi, pineapples a couple of times). The sweet was not particularly impressive (but the figure was better preserved). I liked the animation, especially the kids club (but not the Toucan, which everyone praised), but at the hotel. In Tukan, indeed, only those who traveled through the TUI are recorded on a voucher (we are). Because of the Toucan, they preferred Nessebar Bay, but they liked Nessebar Palace more, and the club from the hotel was located in Mare (there were slides and children entertained more fervently and invited everyone from 4 years old). The territory is common (because of this, the hotel wins in comparison with nearby ones, where there is only a building and access to the sea. ) Because of the beach, I doubted this hotel for a long time (I read reviews), but don’t even hesitate (if you are not an avid diver ). The beach strip is narrow, but long, there was everything, sand to the very buoys. The sea is shallow, under the buoys, probably three meters, but warm. Algae was, it's true, but we found the leftmost (meaning left) point of the beach, where there was practically no algae. And if you go to the neighboring beach (on the left through the net), there is deeper and there are no algae. In the descriptions of the hotel it is noted that the second line is also across the road, but in fact there is no road and the sea is 3 minutes away.
I liked the territory, pines, deciduous, fruit trees, squirrels.
Outside the territory of the hotel we went towards Ravda and Nessebar. It's lively in Nessebar. It is better to go to the old city (1 lev by bus) there and the exchange rate is higher and interesting. The first time they tried to walk, with the child they only reached the new part of the city.
I didn’t really like this part of Bulgaria itself - all in construction sites and mini-hotels. About 15 years ago we rested in Albena, even then it was livelier and prettier than on this side. But if you still go in this direction, then only to hotels of the sol network, because we have not met more worthy ones.

In Tukan, indeed, only those who traveled through the TUI are recorded on a voucher (we are). Because of the Toucan, they preferred Nessebar Bay, but they liked Nessebar Palace more, and the club from the hotel was located in Mare (there were slides and children entertained more fervently and invited everyone from 4 years old). The territory is common (because of this, the hotel wins in comparison with nearby ones, where there is only a building and access to the sea. ) Because of the beach, I doubted this hotel for a long time (I read reviews), but don’t even hesitate (if you are not an avid diver ). The beach strip is narrow, but long, there was everything, sand to the very buoys. The sea is shallow, under the buoys, probably three meters, but warm. Algae was, it's true, but we found the leftmost (meaning left) point of the beach, where there was practically no algae. And if you go to the neighboring beach (on the left through the net), there is deeper and there are no algae. In the descriptions of the hotel it is noted that the second line is also across the road, but in fact there is no road and the sea is 3 minutes away.
I liked the territory, pines, deciduous, fruit trees, squirrels.
Outside the territory of the hotel we went towards Ravda and Nessebar. It's lively in Nessebar. It is better to go to the old city (1 lev by bus) there and the exchange rate is higher and interesting. The first time they tried to walk, with the child they only reached the new part of the city.
I didn’t really like this part of Bulgaria itself - all in construction sites and mini-hotels. About 15 years ago we rested in Albena, even then it was livelier and prettier than on this side.
