And so I was offered a nearby Bay4 *, in compensation, a room on the sea and a safe for free! And all this for 5 days, and then back to Palace5 *. Of course, if my husband was nearby, he would come out, a little bit, an international scandal, to put it mildly. But, after thinking about how many days (14) I came here with the children, and also that the administration went to meet us, giving us Palace5* bracelets, the opportunity to eat at that restaurant, and a free safe and a room with a sea view ( we bought with a view of the park), I came to the conclusion that everything is not so bad. We did not like the municipal beach (heaps of bulls). The beach opposite Mare4* was also a dreary sight, dirty and with a poor entrance (a sharp scattering of shells and glass, mixed with slime). The food in the restaurant was at first touched by the seemingly variety of dishes at first, after five days it began to tire. French fries, breaded potatoes, mashed potatoes, the remains of yesterday's potatoes go into salads along with sausage and are flavored with vinegar for flavoring! What did you like? Lutenitsa-yes, rabbit meat, beef, chicken and even shark(! )-not bad. Wine? yes, diluted, but how would you like it? Soups were disgusting in any form : )))) Someone will say now, they came to eat. . . No, but if you are with children who need to eat right even (! ) On vacation, and if you are a mother, you will be picky about everything. Swimming pool. . . If you are French, of whom there were a little more than Russians, then welcome to this cesspool called the pool. In the morning, while the entire population of the hotel was peacefully dozing, the staff tried to clean the bottom of this artificial, beautiful in appearance, reservoir with water vacuum cleaners. When noon came, and all the sunbeds were already occupied by the French from 6 in the morning, the fun began. Groups of people looking to have fun started playing water polo here and there, or volleyball, of course, they did not notice that the ball repeatedly landed on the heads of those who were "not in the game". Here, near the steps to the pool, fathers zealously taught their children to dive. And from the sun loungers and tables near the pool, the wind blew glasses and all kinds of plastic bags into the water. Of course, there was no one to remove it. Then, at 16-00, water aerobics began. Everything would be fine, but imagine that a hundred people at the same time climb into the pool! The opportunity to swim quietly was excluded, due to the above reasons and because there was a strong smell of bleach! Therefore, I tried to come to the pool in the morning, while the number of tourists was small. And she tried to come to the dirty sea in the evening, when the bulk of people moved around the hotel. But all these were just unsuccessful attempts to take a break from people. Animation. If you are not a Tui, then there is virtually no animation for your children. I had to resort to the trick that we are not from Solvex, but from Tui.... Well, in fact, who in such a thicket of children will check? Every evening, the animators gave grandiose performances on the theater stage behind the Palace5*. True, the noise from the speakers was so, and at 22-30, that closing the balcony doors did not help. Therefore, the sea view had a significant disadvantage in the evening - the hum of mass events, when most of the children were already asleep. At the end of the review, I will only say one thing, there was a plus in the small beach that we found shortly before departure, you need to go down the asphalt path there, there are pink umbrellas, and the high cost of renting sunbeds is 20 lev per set. The sea is clean there, and flocks of sprats swim, cormorants hunt. From there, an old sea taxi goes to Nessebar, the last flight is the best! The administration of Palace5 * after 5 days settled us in a room with a sea view, and again with a free safe in compensation. The conclusion I made is this: 5 * stars in Bulgaria is 3 * in Turkey, Greece. And very, very crowded, so whoever is looking for a relaxing holiday on the southern coast of Bulgaria, take my advice - do not come there with children, there are a lot of vacationers, very dirty!
