We booked a room for 7 nights with breakfast, check-in on July 3rd through the tour operator Join Up.
We stopped in the evening at 20:00 and were horrified... a shabby room on the first floor, a balcony overlooking the parking lot. On the third day, glass from the top floor fell on our balcony at night, it’s good that there was no one, otherwise it would have killed us. spots. The bathroom does not shine with cleanliness. The beds are separate (as they answered, they do not have shared beds).
At the request to relocate, they answered that tomorrow we would talk with the manager (an unpleasant woman, transferred all the arrows to the tour operator)... we changed the bed and that's it...
They took breakfast - it was enough for us... to drink coffee with a sandwich or scrambled eggs with vegetables. There is only one coffee machine and the queue builds up quickly. Every day is the same. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Lunch and Dinner! Cafes are inexpensive... plus fruit bought on the beach)

They took the iron at the reception for the first two days... then they forgot who they gave it to and there was nothing to iron until the end of the vacation (
Wi-fi is free only at the reception and then weak.
The location of the hotel is good: next to the green area, embankment, Old Nessebar 5 minutes walk. .
The beach is clean sand, the water is also buzzing) paid zones passed and fell with their umbrellas and fifty dollars... 15 minutes to go along the coast - not stressful.
