The rooms are cozy, the plumbing is new, the beds are comfortable, the linen is soft and natural, 3 towels per person, they are changed every day, the air conditioning system is common. Own 2 swimming pools (for children and adults), 2 working bars from 9.00 to 23.00 - inside and near the pool. To a private beach 250 m along the river or past the Helios Bay hotel, which is on the 1st line. There are enough sunbeds with umbrellas for everyone - 200 pcs. (20 in 10 rows).

We were in this hotel for literally 9 days, we came to the children's contest "Overview Roses". I came with 2 kids and our whole team consisted of 50+ people!! I personally really liked the food in the restaurant, we always thanked the restaurant staff and the Chef personally! They really deserve praise! Good rooms, all amenities, two pools, a bar.

We were in this hotel for literally 9 days, we came to the children's contest "Overview Roses". I came with 2 kids and our whole team consisted of 50+ people!! I personally really liked the food in the restaurant, we always thanked the restaurant staff and the Chef personally! They really deserve praise! Good rooms, all amenities, two pools, a bar. . . But on the last day, our entire vacation and all our impressions of Bulgaria just collapsed overnight !! When before leaving we wanted to draw water from the dispenser near the bar for my children, at that very moment, very rudely, boorishly, I was pulled away and pushed away by a security man named Anatalii, in the presence of children, he began to yell at me and wave his arms! I explain to him that this is water for children and that we have to travel 10 hours by bus and we need water on the road, while he continues to be rude and yell at me, pushing me out in front of the children !! I turned to the reception in indignation, since the boss Mikhail was nearby, he listened to me and asked the employee to fill us with water, but at the same time, no comments were made to this security guard! But that's not all! When they brought me water, and the children and I were already leaving the hotel with our suitcases, this Ham continued to behave like cattle, he waved in my direction, uttering curses in his own language and spat on me and me and my children !!! The bus was already waiting for us and, unfortunately, there was no time to return and call the entire management of this hotel to deal with this nonentity! All the impressions were spoiled for us by one pathetic and insignificant person who showed all his wretchedness and abomination in the presence of children, and all because we just wanted to draw water from the dispenser with us on the road, for the entire rest I approached this water only once! It turns out that water can cause assault and humiliation in this hotel! Apparently, this insignificant person named Anatoly delivers it and "provides" water to the entire hotel, who, as a security guard, should be responsible for the safety of vacationers !! But in fact, he himself is a danger to vacationers who, God forbid, want to drink water from a dispenser, he will simply destroy you and not look at the children! The whole picture about this hotel and about the rest in Bulgaria was spoiled for us by this miserable man guard Anatoly !! I really hope that after this incident the hotel will make a fair decision for him - fire this employee, t. because he himself poses a threat to the rest and spoils the entire reputation of the Casablanca hotel in Obzor!! I beg you to look into this matter and bring a fair punishment to this unfortunate employee, security guard Anatoly !! For him, it costs nothing to push you, yell and children are not a hindrance to him! He caused psychological trauma to my children, because before that they had not seen such rudeness and aggression against them, especially while on vacation, because they wanted to get water! The last thing they, including myself, could have expected from the staff, the huge Security Man who is supposed to keep us safe!

The staff is good very friendly and helpful. The rooms correspond to Turkish de lux. The food in the restaurant is good and very tasty, many thanks to the chefs and waiters. The range in the bar is good (cocktails, brandy, vodka, liqueurs, beer, wine). In short, there are no complaints about the hotel, everything is EXCELLENT! . And now the BUT! This is the beach. . . DIRTY LOUNGE-LOCKERS AND UMBRELLAS ARE BROKEN. MATTRESSES ARE DIRTY AND WET. THERE IS NO TOILET ON THE BEACH (AND IT IS 8-10 MINUTES TO GO TO THE HOTELS) SO THINK HOW COMFORTABLE IT IS!! ! The sea is wonderful, very clean. Small sand crabs crawl throughout the day. BUT THE CLEANNESS OF THE BEACH AND EQUIPMENT ON THE BEACH poisons the whole impression of the rest and the country. The conclusion is this! Bulgaria is the same Council of Deputies and the fact that it is in the European Union has not changed anything !!!!! , We were there for the first and last time.

We were at the hotel from mid-July to early July. There were three adults and a 4 year old child. I immediately liked the room with a beautiful view of the sea and pools (on the second floor 207). The room was always crystal clear. The bed was changed every three days, towels every day. The entire staff is young and very friendly.
