We rested this year with a family (two adults and one child 7 years old), at the very beginning of the season (from 4.06 to 14.06). When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and seated. We had all inclusive food, but we were told that because. only the beginning of the season - their kitchen is not yet ready, so dear tourists will eat at another hotel (Paraiso 4 *), you need to go there (about 1 km). At first we agreed not to make a scandal, especially since the hotel is better there, the food is good, it is located on the seashore, we could use everything (pool, sunbeds, umbrellas). But having looked like 1 day, we realized that it was not very convenient, after the beach we could not take a shower, so that like all normal people go clean for lunch or dinner, and if the child wanted to drink water in the evening, we had to go buy, not you will run to Paraiso, and in our hotel in the evening it was as if everyone was dying out, it was dark, there was not a sound anywhere. The next day, we went to complain to our tour operator (in Bulgaria it’s Riki-A, in Kyiv it’s Zlaten Tur) we were fed breakfast, that is, come tomorrow, maybe we will solve this issue, they also promised to call Kyiv, but they didn’t do anything specifically, well this is a separate conversation about tour operators, the only thing I will say is that I do not recommend these tour operators to anyone. Realizing that no one needed us with our problem, we went to the manager of the Paraiso hotel (later it turned out that the owner of Sofia and Paraiso were the same person), they quarreled a little, and on the same evening a bar was opened in Sofia, and on track. We have been fed for a day. In general, 2 days of rest was gone. Then everything got better, the food, of course, is simpler than in Paraiso, but we could relax like normal people.
Breakfasts: 3 pcs. sausages (almost like in the song), 2 pcs. cheese, 3 pcs. cucumber and tomato, their famous cheese, bread, honey, tea, coffee (the coffee machine worked 2 times).
Lunches: soup, and on the second potato or cabbage with meat. Fruit was also provided.

Dinners: also potatoes or cacaroni with sauce (the sauce is delicious) or vegetables.
If everything is included so wine (white and red), beer, water.
The portions were normal, it was enough for me, the child did not eat up, dad ate after him, then he ate. The food was, in principle, normal, fresh, only they have some kind of seasoning that they add to all meat dishes, so in the end it was already sick of it, we even asked that it not be added.
As for the cleaning, they didn’t clean it up while we were begging for other hotels, and when we quarreled, everything was immediately clean and tidy. Then cleaned every day, but not very noticeable, bedding and towels changed every other day. I’ll also say that the mattresses were terribly dirty, the sheet was constantly tucked out (it was very short), and yet, in the bathroom, the shower is arranged in such a bad way that water just pours on the floor, toilet bowl, sink, dry things, that is, there is simply no shower cabin, but the shower just sticks out of the wall.
The staff, in principle, is good, the receptionist is a good girl, the bar is also a friendly boy, although he doesn’t know a word in Russian, but we found a common language with him.
In general, we liked Bulgaria, but not the Sofia hotel, we won’t go there again and I don’t advise others, especially since the money is not much cheaper than in the same Paraiso, in Sofia we paid for everything (accommodation and family meals) 42 euros, and in Paraiso we asked - 55 euros. Draw conclusions and read the reviews - they are true, but at first I did not believe and burned myself.
