We were allowed to walk until 14.00, supposedly there are no rooms and they have check-in at 14.00. And we so wanted to relax and sleep, we definitely didn’t have time for festivities.

2. The attendants do not speak or understand Russian. All staff.
3. Food at the canteen level. Monotonous. Simply, every day you will eat the same thing. And what is the name of the dish and what it is written from in all languages ​ ​ ​ ​ of the world except . . RUSSIAN. So guess for yourself what is there? And is it possible to feed these kids. This is especially true for soups.

4. You will be sent to buy a potty for a child in the city. And you are out of the way... you should sleep and shit what is called, but no....blow into the city for a pot. Personally, my child on such a healthy toilet does not poop, sorry.
5. You will not receive accommodation in the main building. Anyone can settle there, but not Russians. Nearby, on the outskirts, across the shitty river croaking and teeming with snakes, there is an extension. There you and the road.

There had to be some way to calm down.
7. Children's animation is DISGUSTING. And no one will bother with your Russian-speaking child there. They speak only English and German.
8. Now the pluses: the sea and the beach are normal, there is a trampoline near the building in the outskirts. So we spent all 10 days)
We were also lucky with the weather.
Conclusion: I liked Bulgaria, we will go again of course, BUT! JUST NOT IN LUNA BAY.
By the way, I talked there with people who came here 3 times, and were upset to tears! that everything in this hotel has changed NOT for the better.
